Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Nashville Airport

Everything was great except....the airport. If you like to be woken up early with the sound and rumble of planes flying over your head this is the place. One of the desk staff said when we arrived the hotel was "insulated from the sound". Not sure if she has slept in one of the rooms herself. But...not. We survived but won't go there again. Oh and we were on the third floor out of five floors. Literally felt like a plane was flying through our room.

Good location. Only The food was the same. They don’t have a pool, they have a type of jacuzzi that wasn’t working. The facility is quite old. Overall not worth the price. They just use the fancy brand for an old 2 star hotel.

Picked this particular location for the spa and was very disappointed that it was barely room temp water. Even after finally getting the jets going it never heated up. Everything else was great however!

Staff very friendly and willing to help when a problem that had nothing to do with them, occurred. Good breakfast. Airport shuttle is so nice.

I had two reservations checked in on Friday. Then checked in again on Saturday and left Monday. When we walked in we seen a room key on the floor and noticed their was visible stuff on the carpet that was not vacuumed. The tissues and conditioner empty in the bathroom and the fan didn't work. Which made me wonder if they actually changed the beds or just pulled blankets up. I asked the front desk to do a full clean and explained. It was never done. When we checked out the same stuff was on the floor. We never had a fully cleaned room. I let the desk know twice.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing. I just didn’t like how far away it was from everything like shopping wise
