Great stay! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The happy-hour drinks were amazing and the perfect way to start the evening before heading to Broadway. We also loved that the hotel was in a quieter area, away from all the noise, but still close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was spacious and comfortable and very reasonably priced. The one thing that was not made clear at check-in was that if you want the housekeeping staff to clean the room/new towels, etc. you need to tell them the day before. When I inquired about the room not being cleaned for a few days, I was told that was the policy. However they cleaned the room that the same day which we appreciated. I would recommend it as a place to stay when visiting Nashville.

The beds were Awful! The floor was sticky, couch stained to high hell, valet lost our SUV

Suite was very well appointed and clean! Full kitchen area fully equipped. Included breakfast was very good!

We showed up and no idea how to check in. Had to go to the 11th floor to check in. Elevators weren’t working, had to carry luggage up 11 floors with no help from the staff. We were told they would comp the room and that didn’t happen . Fire alarms were going off the next morning . We were told we weren’t notified because they didn’t have our phone number!

Very clean and nice property. Just very dark, and the desk was on the eleventh floor which seemed strange.
