Furniture in room was damaged badly wood peeling off desk water damage. For the price you wouldn't think they would let something like this go.

I was here for work, and it was literally across the street.From music city center! And only a few blocks from broadway!

Nice hotel with good facilities, comfortable bed and walkable to many Nashville attractions. Rooms good but furnishings showing wear. Valet area can get exceptionally busy at weekends. Overall quite good but not exceptional for what is a relatively expensive price

With that said, the restaurant was good, the bar was very fun with nice bartenders, and the front desk people were friendly and helpful. Loved the daily truffles they offered! Even with those positives, we definitely won’t stay there when we return to Nashville.

Pool got quite busy but we always found a sunbed, but we were mostly sightseeing anyway! Absolutely loved Ha in the breakfast area, so friendly and enthusiastic. Great gym facilities, we loved our stay.

35$ daily , no breakfast included, no free wifi. Wanted to have a late checkout and that was 50 an hour… the breakfast restaurant in the hotel waited 1hr for my food to be served and was very poorly prepared. Would never stay here again. Also you get a daily 20 credit that cannot be used on the last day

Wonderful property, great staff really enjoyed the stomping grounds breakfast staff. Would have liked to know the steak house was under renovation however but the room was great as well as housekeeping staff.

Great rooms, staff, food, and bar. Even though it’s away from Broadway, it is located on the street that all the bridal bike bars and emergency responders use. There was quite a bit of construction happening around the hotel. So, it was noisy.

The staff were excellent. My only complaint is that they do not have a restaurant open at night, except for the very expensive steakhouse, or a room service that adds a 22% delivery/service charge.

But the staff was helpful in finding something SECURE and close!!!

Perfect place to stay while in Nashville. Besides being incredibly beautiful and clean it is located close to everything including Broadway and the Gulch.
