Early check in fee of $125. And then air didn’t work. Took forever for maintenance to come. Annoyed I paid for a hot room. Room charge for one of the bars that wasn’t ours. Guy said he had to get manager to remove. Thought that was weird. Have to check my bill to make sure charge comes off. Views from roof top were nice. Coffee and water bar on each floor was nice. Location was good for broadway and painters alley. Just a big hill to walk up from broadway to get to hotel. Ugly bagel across street was good. And beniet place also across street. Walgreens near by too.

I've stayed here originally back in June and here again for a second time, Both experiences were wonderful from check it to staff, grounds, etc. Will look to stay here again very soon.

Love this unique historic hotel. I would definitely stay at the Noelle again.
-
the room was clean but pretty small.

Exceptional

It is an old hotel that has charm and an excellent coffee shop inside.

Lovely hotel. Room was clean and nice. Rooftop bar and speakeasy were fun. Great location.

This was our family's second stay there (booked two rooms) and will stay again when we go back to Nash, as we do regularly. Everything you could want (3 bars incl rooftop, 2 restaurants) and great location near printers alley downtown. Beds really, really comfy. Best part = continually restocked commercial-grade espresso machines on each floor instead of mid coffee machines in each room. They know how to run a hotel, and even though there's a dozen hotels within two blocks we really have no ambition ro explore the others.

The establishment was exceptionally clean and conveniently located. Water and coffee were readily available on the floor, and the rooftop bar offered a cozy atmosphere.

Great location. Incredible vibe. Special gift shop with discount for guests. If you like beautiful and historic architecture this is for you.

The hotel is very nice and in a great location. Room was very large. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The building itself is beautiful. The historic architecture has been thoughtfully preserved while still feeling modern, polished, and comfortable. Our room was exceptionally well designed, with great attention to detail and a style that felt distinctly Nashville without falling into the usual clichés. The staff were excellent throughout our stay — warm, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely hospitable. Every interaction felt natural rather than scripted, which makes a huge difference. One of the things we loved most was how much the hotel offers beyond simply being a place to sleep. The coffee shops and common spaces give the building energy throughout the day, while the rooftop is a fantastic place to have a drink and take in the city. Then there’s the hidden bar — easily one of the coolest touches in the hotel and exactly the kind of unexpected experience that makes a stay memorable. The location is outstanding. You’re right in the heart of downtown Nashville and can walk to Broadway, restaurants, bars, music and many of the places you’ll want to visit, while still being able to retreat back to a hotel that feels sophisticated and removed from the chaos when you want it to. Noelle manages to balance historic architecture, great design, excellent food and beverage spaces, a prime downtown location and genuinely go

Very good
-
The room was extremely small but the technology is up to par! Parking was too expensive
-
The room was very clean, the bar had incredible views, and the food at the restaurant was delicious; I would stay at this hotel again.
-
It was such a satisfying stay. We enjoyed our time there very much!
-
Gorgeous art deco hotel in a great location - close enough to stuff downtown but not right in the middle of the noisy action. I really liked the details like the hydration and coffee station on each floor (including bottles so you could fill up some sparkling water and take back to your room), and everything you need in the room (e.g., slippers, safe, bathrobe). I got confused by the lights/blinds situation.

The king suite we stayed in was beautiful and roomy
