Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is included and is excellent and there is plenty to choose from. Great location (close to bus station so easy to use the bus from the airport or to visit Opry Mills/Grand Ole Opry. I was a female solo traveller and felt safe walking to and from the hotel on my own.

We had a great stay. The property has everything you need, and the staff was excellent!

Again, I want to say that the Staff from the front desk to the valet were very helpful and extremely courteous. We just did not appreciate the extra $73 in hidden fees per night instituted by the hotel.

Our stay here was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The amenities were excellent and the location was away from the loud busy areas but close enough to walk anywhere.

The hotel itself is a 10! The rooms, staff, and overall experience were excellent. However, the location was not ideal for us. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the main Broadway entertainment district, and the route includes some hills, which can be tiring, especially in the summer heat. The area around the hotel is quieter and more industrial/government-oriented than the lively Broadway tourist area. There are also bail bond offices and the downtown detention center nearby, which made us feel uncomfortable walking around at night.
