Nothing I didn't like about the hotel, but it was raining the entire two days during my trip in Nasu. Very unfortunate.

The staff are very friendly and caring. The service is excellent. Facilities may be a bit dated but are kept clean and tidy. Private onsen is well decorated and comfortable to stay. Definitely recommend as a great choice to enjoy traditional onsen and meals for its price. No indoor bathing facilities in room, could be a bit inconvenient especially during winter.

The staff were so nice and accommodating. Foreign staff was in charge of our stay it helped us understand our first ryokan experience better! They gave us free transport to the bus stop, and on your way out they give you free bus tickets to nasushionara station. The facility is slightly rustic, but the main amenities were perfect and everything worked great.
