The staff need to be a little bit joyful. They looked stressed.

Wonderful staff and very welcoming. Such a family friendly place! Beautiful scenery all around. Nice roadside attractions nearby. Warm fun/ theme park down the road was nice! Cool animals! This is definitely a hotel you need to travel by car. Too remote from the nearest train station, buses run sparcely ( beginning of the day and end of the day), there is no hotel shuttle to the shinkansen station, taxis stop running after 7PM, no Kombini/ seven eleven nearby. Taxis run ¥7000-8000 to and from the shinkansen station. Buses take an hour to get here. Very important to drive here. Food options are limited when walking by foot, and many food places only are open until 3:30pm-5PM. There is a on-site food truck with limited hours. Good luck getting a cup of tea/coffee after 10:15AM-3PM. Bring snacks, and a car.

My daughter absolutely loved the two play areas! The onsen was really lovely- big space. If you have a car, the location is great and close to many attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My family found that the futons in the tatami room were not comfortable. Also, you cannot regulate the temperature of your room by yourself and it got very warm at night. There was a big line for breakfast each morning and the food was the same each day we were there. We were glad to have breakfast provided, but don't believe it to be worth the price.

Great hotel for families with kids. Everything was well thought out..

  • Engine customer Feb 2025

The kids play area is good for toddlers and infants. The food was below average, both my wife and I had food borne illness. It was quite obvious they used leftovers from the day before again the next morning. If you stay, I don't recommend eating there. Other than that the hotel is value for money.

Absolutely love how child-friendly the hotel is. My children (3&1) loved the baby room with the toy kitchen, and the floor we were on had a small play space by the elevator, the wonderful play area inside and outside is fantastic and the buffet included children’s food & baby food. Just spectacular! My eldest experienced onsen for the first time and it was so spacious and easy for him to get around, he loved it! Me and hubby also loved the lounge evening drinks & snacks (which included sweets for the children - amazing) Thank you to the staff who spoke English for my check in!

Indoor and outdoor children play area The carpet area in the room was dirty, felt like not very clean room for the money they charge

Only 3 advantage of this hotel are : 1. Free night cup hour ., free alcohol and snacks . 2. The public spa big enough 3. family with kids you can come to have a visit Other than those are poor. Gorgeous on the outside , poor in the inside. So I marked as this. If you are looking for a place to relax and have a good sleep you SHOULD NOT COME HERE I book the Japan style room in 6floor; the evaluator are only three of them but from 1-13F; not enough at all ; need long wait. Worse of all is you basically can hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors; poor sound proof; even the floor can feel oblivious on the Vibrating sounds made by thousands kid and their parents; If you are looking for a place to relax and have a good sleep you SHOULD NOT COME HERE
