We had a great stay at Epinard Hotel! The onsen and sauna were amazing, the food was delicious, and our room was comfortable and spacious for our group. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back! The only small suggestion is that it would be nice to have coffee available in the room. We woke up early before breakfast and enjoyed chatting together, but there was only tea provided. Other than that, everything was wonderful. We’d be happy to stay here again!

Service provided for activities available for the property. Bakery and venders in the morning were nice. We had to wait for a long time for the breakfast. Even though there is the online system to check in, it would be nice to have system the night before to avoid congestion to reserve the seats/ table?

staff friendly and polite, I made the hotel reservation on the booking website, after completing the reservation I realized that the room was for smokers, I asked for a room change, they promptly moved me to a non-smoking room, The meal had a huge variety of food, the breakfast was also fantastic, I definitely want to stay there again It is not possible to open the window in the rooms, the air conditioning has internal control, so as it is winter, only hot air comes out, my husband and I are hot, even with the air conditioning turned off, the room felt stuffy, it was a little uncomfortable, but we still managed to sleep.

The hotel was set in a beautiful garden location. It’s a very big hotel and popular with families. Our room was large with floor to ceiling windows and a balcony. The foyer is huge with a bakery and a shop which sells local products. There was a separate part of the buffet restaurant dedicated to small kids under 5. There was a free shuttle bus to and from Nasushiobara station. There was a separate building for people with dogs. The air conditioning temperature was controlled by the hotel but it was OK. Checkin and check out was difficult as there was very little English spoken by the staff. All the signs and vouchers we were given were in Japanese. There are only 2 lifts in the main building so there is a lot of waiting. It’s not a romantic hotel. There were a lot of families staying and the buffet restaurant is frantic. We could not relax when eating. The queue for breakfast was very long. The French restaurant on the top floor was closed for the entire week and the Japanese restaurant was fully booked. You are captured here as there are no restaurants or shops nearby. I would not recommend coming here without a car as there are no facilities or attractions nearby.

This is our second time to stay at Hotel Epinard, a wonderful family resort in Nasu. We stayed for 5 days at Deluxe room which is spacious, modern and clean. Super friendly staff and great facilities including onsen (indoor and outdoor), swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, arts and crafts workshops, game centre, massage, karaoke and a lovely chapel. Restaurants are also great: buffet breakfast, Japanese meals and high quality French cuisine (available for breakfast and dinner). Very well located and a good base to explore Nasu where lots of theme parks and museums nearby, Nothing actually

The room is very clean and very relaxing .The food is very good live jazz performance at the lobby is good. The staff is friendly and very approachable. That the public bath dont allow someone with a tattoo?

It was surrounded by nature. I wish the hotel had more stores aside from the souvenir shop. Being a family-friendly hotel, I wish you had some sort of convenience store to cater to the needs of guests and their children. The souvenir shop is very limited.

The room was comfortable and had enough space. The food was good, though the buffet was quite crowded. The onsen was lovely and had numerous bath choices. Better staggering of guests at dinner hour to avoid the wait to get into the buffet. A few more explanations in foreign languages would be appreciated for international guests.
