The room cleaning not so good and only 02 bottle of water per day, rest if requested Water, they charging. And in toilet accessories and towels, they were not changing. Very disappointed.

After being the most expensive room in pakistan, management is so cheap that they want to charge more for every little thing they offer at property or one would require in a stay of such kind.. like kid shorts at swimming pools or electric cart rides to nathiagali center . Also 500 Rs for a small water bottle for crying out loud.

Pool, lobby, garden, view, rooms. In Pakistan you pay extra for additional water. Which is crazy, 54k a night can include 1 extra large water bottle.

The staff at reception was not helpful. She assigned the worst possible room with no view. She overcharged. The room was not ready despite the fact that we adhered to check in time.

Behavior of staff at reception. Who not only charged an excessive amount (which on following day was reversed upon complaint). She assigned the worst possible room. Over priced and not a good value. Food in restaurants is overpriced and no live bbq started as yet. No complimentary shuttle service.

The property was amazing with all facilities top notch, the bathroom needs an emergency light as the electricity goes quite a bit and then bathroom plunges into darkness. But beautiful beautiful property. All was wonderful.

The cooling was down. I called the staff couple of times. They were unbothered. The guy came in the room tried to fix it and go back and it stopped working again. We had to do this practice couple of time and the issue was still not resolved, and no other resolution was offered when complained on the Reception outright ignored, saying that they will send the person again to fix it, but never fixed it. The buffet dinner was the bare minimum, so fair deal given the location of the hotel. The property is a bit unfinished, with no outdoor space, no lawn. Mini bar was overpriced and upselling in the swimming room. Buying to buy extra clothes despite we have had that dry fit for a kid
