The pillows provided were couch pillows. We were told that the place is full so any requests will be the following morning. Smoke free room smelled of smoke and smelt damp. Breakfast is as good as opening a box of cereals on an isle in Walmart and eating it. The place is not worth the price. The only positive I have for the property is the short proximity from the freeway.

If you are looking for a clean place to shower & sleep, then yes this place is good. It is older but looks well maintained & had everything we needed. For the people that had negative things to say, maybe a luxurious $300 a night hotel would suit you better, but if you try to stick to a budget like us, this will suit you just fine.

I walked into my room and left immediately after to stay somewhere else. The room was dirty. There was crumbs of food on the bed, black stuff on the blanket underneath the decorative sheet, a stain on the decorative sheet on the other bed, and a red stain ( I don’t know what it was) on the floor.

No pool no balcony

The elevator was out of service and was still not repaired by the time I checked out, which meant I had to walk up and down three flights of stairs. This was extremely inconvenient and absolutely unacceptable during a paid hotel stay. The so-called “continental breakfast” was another major disappointment. There were rotten apples in the fruit basket, no hot breakfast choices, the juice machine was broken, and the coffee tasted extremely watered down. The breakfast selection was poor and certainly did not feel like an amenity worth advertising. The room also had poor shower water pressure, which added to the list of things that made the stay uncomfortable. I understand that equipment can occasionally break, but when you combine a broken elevator, poor shower pressure, rotten fruit, a broken juice machine, watered-down coffee, and an extremely limited breakfast, it becomes an overall lack of quality and value. For over $600, I expected MUCH better. I left feeling that the price I paid did not come close to matching the quality of the accommodations or amenities I received. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

Good stay

Enjoyed my stay. Very clean quiet, and the staff was nice.

Clean rooms and outside of the hotel was clean The manager. He is costing you guys clients due to his lack of professionalism. Very hateful guy for no reason. First interaction through the phone I asked, “hello I’m leaving all my stuff in my car has there been any break in recently” he said “no we haven’t heard but we aren’t responsible and you can check another place to stay”

The front desk staff was not particularly friendly and for some reason, keep the front door locked during daytime hours.

Passable
-
There was giant ticks outside of the door, the door latch in room was broken , the sheets and pillow cases were dirty . I told the receptionist about the ticks said it was probably because the door that led outside was open.

Simple yet clean. Housekeeping was friendly Office staff were not the friendliest people. The free breakfast is more like cereal, juice, apple and coffee but the front desk guy watches you in there like your going to steal something lol

Check-in was slow. The property has improved since my last stay.

Staff wasn’t very welcoming. No smiles . Just business. Room was clean. Everything else was mid.

This was a last minute trip that I was still trying to save some money on. Booking a budget hotel you always hold your breath and pray it’s not as bad as it can be. I was pleasantly surprised. For its price and location the hotel is extremely well maintained. It’s clean. The rooms are fairly large. Nothing is missing. No odd smells. The Staff is nice and present. There’s a convenience store adjacent to the property. This a definitely a location I would revisit
