Didn't like not enough food on the property to buy. The parking was a little expenses raising the price on the weekend due to an event is not necessary should be one fix price per day.

This is a very nice property to stay at in the national harbour area. Everything you need is close.

Spacious, upscale and well-equipped apartments. Quiet and pleasant area. Very family-friendly resort. Swimming pools and different activities. Very friendly staff The price is very high for the overall experience. There is no dedicated hotel parking. Parking is off-site and separate from the resort. The 10 AM checkout is very early. I asked for a late checkout, but the staff member immediately refused without much discussion and told me it had to be requested one day in advance. I later spoke with management, and they gave us only an additional 30 minutes. The surrounding area is pleasant, but it does not have a very clear identity as a tourist destination

This hotel is beautiful. it is great for families because of the updated kitchenette available. The rooms are spacious.

Everything was great until the bathroom toilet started to gargle water out of no where in the middle of the night. I thought something was going to crawl out, then it filled up with foam… maybe someone was cleaning. So keep your bathroom doors closed. Otherwise, we loved it. The location, the amenities, the timeshare offers.

I appreciate the cleanliness and the big space in the unit. You really feel like you’re home. I felt safe in a good location. I did not like that they do not offer a market in the lobby area since this accommodation is basic provide you a home away from home which includes microwave oven refrigerator, but there is no place to shop for anything. They only shop in this area was a CVS which is not acceptable. This location should have its own little marketplace where people can shop for things and bring it upstairs to their room. It would bring profit for Wyndham any of the will also help the people renting out the units

The only issue we had was the in room jacuzzi tub being very dirty

From the hotel cleanliness, to the extremely welcoming staff, to the endless child friendly amenities, we could not have asked for a better experience. Absolutely could not recommend this hotel more. A must stay in National Harbor!

Many activities for the kids. It’s a cute timeshare. We were in the 2nd floor and there was a floor shaking party until 11pm in the event space below. I never expected not to be able to rest when I got checked in.

Location and facility Staff. I had some GI problem on the first day of my stay and ended out with a dirty toilet. When I asked to have the toilet in the bath room cleaned on the next day, they told me that they can not accommodate it unless I stay at least for 2 weeks. However, there was no cleaning tool for use in the facility to clean the toilet myself and I have to endure a dirty toilet for the whole duration of my stay.
