Very quiet and scenery was exceptional

On day five of my stay the thermostat became faulty. After alerting the front desk, I had a brand new thermostat installed and the AC was blowing in less than 10 minutes .... impressive! The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and food each morning. The area was always clean. Any staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The property is very close to good restaurants and shops. I'd highly recommend this property.

Location to conference center and incredibly friendly staff. Doors locked during the day and having to find my key each time.

Exceptional

I love the location of Set Property and I love that when you stay there you can go in and out of the parking garage as many times as you want so you don't have to pay for coming in and out I love everything about this hotel except for that one person who wrote the front that was kind of rude. I don't remember her name. I should have done this review last month

I stay at this property every year when I do my 5k run. This was my 4th stay because I love it so much.

The air conditioner was turned to low. My room and the hotel was very warm. Breakfast had a lot to be desired, need fresh meat not pre-cooked highly processed meat. Need freshly cooked omelettes, potatoes, and pancakes

Felt very dated and was just as expensive as higher tier hotels

I enjoyed being in a location that was easy to walk to the dining locations and water. It was also very close to the parking garage. The breakfast was also exceptional with alot of choices.

The pillows are awful .

Within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment at national harbor.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of my questions. The 1st night one elevator was out of order and the wait was long for only having one elevator in service.

The rooms are clean. It's around. The areas was clean. The staff was great. Very helpful. Very kind and considerate. Kitchen was awesome. Breakfast was good. I will return at another time. Thank you

Very good

The room is spacious and the kitchenette has all the basics you need if you want to do some cooking. There was a used soap bar in the shower likely from the last guest. Breakfast was average. We like the location the best
