Location very convenient, close to the embassies' neighborhood, 20 minutes walking distance from the Italian embassy. The room they gave me was so small that there was no space to open the suitcase, not even on the floor, no chairs, nothing. I asked for a more spacious room, I paid the upgrade and I got the space I was looking for. However both rooms did not have "real" windows, in the sense that windows were looking towards the indoor space of the floor/staircase, so it felt like a prison, without natural light, where you never know whether it is day or night. Not good.

enjoyed having the tea/ coffee station. in the room i rented there was a little kitchen, and it was great no window to outdoor. room not clean enough

The hotel apartment is at perfect location near to exhibition center Nothing

Location, central AC, staff was kind, the kitchenette with mini fridge, wifi Parking is AWFUL, the worse I’ve been to: extremely narrow access and spaces, dirty. The building, furniture, tiles, carpet, tiles, bath are OLD, the maintenance looks like they do the VERY BASIC MINIMAL, as well as the cleaning. TVs aren’t smart, No satellite tv either.

not avil. the price by the booking is different from the price of actual delivery, need better towel (without whole)dripping shower faucet, we were charge additional 79.00 unnecessary.

Location is great At the front desk , only the security guard was available when we checked out. I could not get my invoice . I was promised my invoice by mail. Till this day I have not received

Value for money. Good location. Clean and silent. Not flexible for changes. Missing mattresses and towels (needed to ask for them, and if it is late night, it is problematic)

for 3 month I traveling across 4 -5 starts hotels in the city . every single time in very good terms and comunication. many times in we’re going back to the dame hotel again and again. this one are layers, they claim to bring you a private apartment with kitchen and everything, but they not, its. shared apartment where you get room at. in 7 am my whole room start to get full of water from the shower of the room above. The guy in charge , was rude and disrespectful . instead of help me , put a solution for the water stop run down, he been talk in thw phone and give me Another key without even an apology. he laugh with his boss in the phone when I told him that it was a really bad experience for me and I not going to stay and want to get this night refund and I move to another hotel better fit my standards. he was racist with his comment and told me, its ok you can go. about the apartment the lie of the shared apartment he say you took a cheap room to insult me and i shows him on the app that its shows private room and he say write to the website not to me. what a shame. poor service .
