The hotel is near the town. It has a big pool and a pool restaurant .The gardens provide a natural environment.

Beautiful pool area and bar and amazing lovely atrium with piano music. It felt like being transported back in time but in a good way, the architecture and the interior is simply amazing, decorated with taste. The breakfast was probably the best I have ever seen, with some warm food options as well and lots of cakes. The plus was a sweet dog greeting us outside and playing lively in the hotels garden area. It is five to seven minutes away from Nafplio city center and provides spacious parking as well. Beautiful stay!

Exceptional service and response from the hotel staff, convenient location seven minutes' drive from Nafplio (if you plan on daily trips in the region), fairly large room with all the required facilities. The mattress was on the soft side for me, but that's a personal preference.

Lots of space in the hotel and surrounding premises, simple and elegant, great outdoor pool, gentle staff. Nothing

-
Noisy breakfast wth too many children and too long false alarm
-
Not in the city, which was a plus for us because we had a car, but if you don't have a car you will need a taxi/bus The bathtub was very narrow and with curtain, so you have the courtain stuck to you. Could use some renovation to more modern bath

Breakfast offers a very wide range of food, it is applicable to everyone's needs. The room is very good, spacious and the small balcony exit on the very green back yard. I was hoping the pool would be ready, but it wasn't. Some was due to the weather. But the last couple of days were sunny, but not enough for them to enable access.

Everything was wonderful throughout our stay but the best part was the quality of the people who took care of us. The kindness, consistency and professionalism of all the staff was exemplary. I cannot be enough thankful ! As it was the 1st of May weekend during our stay the hotel was super crowded with people. This time there were so many families with little children and the noise and fuss was sometimes excruciating. Breakfast and Dinner Buffet was less enjoyable because of this. Our room (thank god) was quite far from the reception and living room area and we did not had a problem with the noise. Being a mom myself I totally understand and sympathize but I would consider twice visiting on a public holiday again. Sometimes you crave tranquility especially in a beautiful classical surrounding like this.

The staff are wonderful. The hotel is beautiful. Great location.

The pool was great The location is a bit far from the center l, but doable by car

Lobby was nice and parking was easy. Cosmos bakery is a short drive away to conpensate for the terrible breakfast. The breakfast was held in a massive room, seemingly to compensate for the poor and sub par quality of food. This was our fourth hotel in Greece on the trip and easily the worst food. Fried eggs were overcooked (how can you mess eggs up), tomatoes and cucumbers were not fresh (worst tomatoes on entire trip). Soggy tiropita, cakes were all stale or pre-bought garbo, coffee came from a 20 year old machine. I can go on and on. Our room smelled like mold and cigarette smoke. It had not been renovated since they opened 30-40 years ago. Mattress was hard as a rock, pillows were basically non existent (was more comfortable not using them).

The pool, the room and the surrounding. The gardens and facility The staff could have been more symphatic

The way it used to be in the past! When making the booking, I specifically asked for a room with a shower and was told to request this again during check-in. At check-in, however, I was informed that no such rooms were available because the hotel was fully booked. That is exactly why I requested it in advance: so the hotel could pre-allocate the room and give one without a shower to someone who had not made this request. To add insult to injury, instead of the balcony I booked, I was given a room with just a window. This is how they treat loyal, repeating guests who have stayed at the property more than ten times in the past two years—by handing out the worst options, while the good rooms are kept aside for a busload of one-time group travelers who will never return, just to keep a travel agency happy. Friends of mine gave up on this hotel months ago for the very same reasons and now book elsewhere. I still gave it a chance, but after this, they will definitely not see me again.

The breakfast looks good at first glance, but they would do well to focus more on quality, instead of quantity. I stayed in seven different hotels across the Peloponnese over seven days, and this was the only one where the food was below average. The staff felt cold rather than unfriendly. In the evening, a strong guy at the front desk was friendly. In the morning, there was no greeting or “have a good day,” neither at the reception desk nor in the breakfast area.

Clean, parking available, good food, nice staff Location isn't exactly ideal, ypu depend on having a car

The Staff are nice, we have stayed here before. It is convenient but you need a car or cab to the centre. I would say rooms are a tad small and dated in style, no amenities.

Cleanliness of the room could be better. The hotel could be renovated.
