This is a proper hotel. Super clean and functional and our room was huge. We were too late for breakfast as we ended up staying out WAY too late the previous night, but the staff let us get coffee and brought us some sweet bread. Not the cutest hotel in comparison to boutique options, but this place is more than adequate and we would happily stay here again. No complaints.

Staff was very friendly. Clean and comfortable room with a modern shower. We needed help from 24 hour front desk to lower temperature with confusing remote. Easily found street parking. Many restaurants nearby. You can easily walk to shoreline promenade. Very good hot breakfast was included in our stay. All good

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise! I appreciated the fact that there was good parking there and it was walkable to so much. The staff was excellent. Bathtub/shower was tiny and interesting, but that is Europe, so I don't mark down for that. Just manage your expectations when it comes to European bath/showers.

Very helpful and friendly staff, good amenities and excellent location. They upgraded one room without extra charge to accommodate my request to be near my family that I was traveling with. The shower was a bit small and had no place to put my own soap or shampoo, and the container of provided shampoo/shower gel was empty. However, the shower was nicely enclosed so that no water spilled onto the floor when showering.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and kind helping me when my husband was in a nearby hospital.

The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable and breakfast also quite good. This hotel could easily be rated as 4 star hotel.

The executive suite was spacious, parking was easy (off season) and the location was great for both city and exploring local historical sites. The hotel was advertised as having air conditioning. Even though the temperature was rising, this wasn’t switched on (which wasn’t on the hotel description). We asked for a fan but were advised to open the balcony door. Unfortunately, it was very noisy.
