Tall room, immaculately clean, with mezzanine reached by spiral staircase. Fresh cold water bottles provided in the fridge. The staff were very sincere each morning asking about our plans and contributing knowledge for restaurants, museums, and distances. They went out of their way to be helpful and also express joy in the holidays of their visitors. Generous buffet with endless coffee and a delightful front shaded rennaissance-like garden with tall palms made for a spoiled private locale for morning breakfast. Location is spot-on on Kolokotronis park with marble sculptures, chatty locals, views of the Palamidi Fortress, and urban coffee shop or breweries. As it sits one block north from the old town and the port - you are in the dead center of everything Nafplio has to offer. All good, was exceptional

Excellent

Lack of parking, and space to load/unload car.
-
Great location, Beaufiful room with very tall ceilings and comfortable beds, substantial and good breakfast. Free parking is just a block away.

Very elegant and comfortable

Lovely hotel. We really liked the location and the setting. Staff was very friendly. Our room was unique with very high ceilings and period furniture. Very clean. Nothing. All was good

I would describe the ambience of the room as "faded elegance." Nothing writing with that; just an observation.
-
The room facing Palamidi Fortress, the breakfast buffet, the welcoming staff. Will definitely come back!

Traditional. Central. Centrality.

Charming hotel in a great location. Nice big outdoor seating area. Internet unreliable. I had issues and was told I'm the only person to have ever had trouble, but upon looking into other reviews, I see now that is not the case. It was a bizarre interaction. While trying my best to be polite and patient, they seemed to imply I was being difficult, especially the first receptionist I spoke with on the first evening. I wasn't expecting them to magically fix it, rather consider other options such as a room closer to the router or even a simple apology for the issue would have gone a long way rather than the accusatory response I received. When I checked in the next morning the other receptionist phoned a tech person to come look at it, but never reached out after I left my number and it did not improve. I gave up and drained my data plan instead. While I was told otherwise, I suspect the issue is the location of room 203 in the building. It can be noisy due to the older building; I would not have wanted to be on the bottom floor with guests above me.

Breakfast was fine but could’ve been a little better.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. The place is incredibly beautiful and aesthetic! We rented three rooms, and each one was beautifully decorated, clean, and felt absolutely dreamy. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options that beautifully represent Greek food culture. The location is great. It's peaceful and quiet and just a short walk from the centre. Highly recommended! One very minor issue was in the bathroom of my room. The shower curtain didn’t fully wrap around the bathtub, which made it a bit tricky to keep the water from splashing out.

Gorgeous place, and it is close to everything. Breakfast tastes like homemade. Parking in front of the hotel is hard to find, but there are streets nearby.

The staff, the location, the decor, the breakfast! All great ? The view of the fortress was AMAZING! The lack of insolation and high ceilings made for noisy late night entrees …but it was definitely worth it!!!

The external door of the room. There were gaps.

From the warm welcome at reception to the lovely rooms and delicious breakfast my family all enjoyed our stay in this picturesque town. The rooms are decorated with furniture to match the style of the building.
