The closeness to everything and how immaculately it was kept. The staff went over and beyond. The front desk lady was amazing. She came to the parking lot and helped us carry our luggages. She looked after us like there is no tomorrow. The breakfast staff was attentive and cordial. The place was remodeled well and was nicely done. Parking is on your own and on a summer weekend it could be tough to find a spot. It is not at the bottom level. There is some stairs to climb from the main area of Nafplio but it adds to the charm

Super Clean, good breakfast and freindly staff

Absolutely perfect! The stairs back to the hotel are a hike, but good workout after the wonderful dinners. So close to everything and the staff was wonderful - helped get our luggage to and from transportation. The A/C works very well and the room was well appointed with everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend and will stay there again.

Getting to the location was terrible; GPS not helpful Would suggest written directions with reservation Awkward steps to negotiate with luggage But once you are there very nice

Rooms are very nice as well as the staff, who helped us with our baggage and driving us to the bus station. It is a great location to getting into the old town, the Port and the restaurants. It is quite a number of steps from the town to reach the hotel, particularly with luggage.

The location and the views were phenomenal- I don't think there are better balcony views in the town. Very helpful staff who even met us at the public parking lot just down the ally, and she helped carry the luggage to the room. Breakfast was great and the facilities were all top notch. Everything was as advertised. The only (small) critique is that the room is tight for more than 2 people. The room with the balcony is on the top floor, so you give up room height as a result, which makes the room feel smaller. I even bumped my head a few times on the beam trying to go out to the porch. Despite this, everything else was perfect.

Best location. Extremely clean, updated property. It’s hard in Europe to find one room to accommodate our family of four. Staff was so nice and kind. They were helpful with parking, bags, etc. It made our two days in Nafplio wonderful.

We loved so many things about this property…from the amazing staff to the clean and super cute jewel box of a room with a postcard view. The breakfast was spectacular with home made selections prepared by Christina and Maria every morning. Christina and Maria greeted us with their warm personality and endless smiles making us feel like family. Our personal coffee/tea order was taken before we even sat down and delivered promptly. Great care was taken to keep everything orderly and clean. Eleni at the front desk went out of her way to escort us walking to our car from below (as our GPS was not working) directing us to the hotel and to the closest parking. She also went above and beyond to satisfy a few personal requests. From the moment we walked into the lobby and took a refreshment on the balcony we were impressed with the views. The hotel is nestled on a quiet hill with a village staircase taking you straight down to the historical courtyard and all the shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!❤️ Nothing

The breakfast was fantastic, and the women who made it were kind and warm. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. The breakfast room is downstairs without windows, but on a nice day, there's an upstairs balcony where you can bring your plate!

Everything was clean and cozy. Great place. The location was complicated. Lots of stairs to get to the place, we couldn’t take our luggage to the hotel. Though the host was really nice and offered to help us with her car.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly The rooms are very clean and smell great The bathroom is perfect and the breakfast was tasty, the location is perfect ( just 40 steps and you are in the middle of everything) we recommend it Everything was perfect

Parking in Nafplio is not easy, but Girogios made securing a spot and finding the hotel incredibly easy. The whole staff is incredibly warm. Christina, who prepared a wonderful breakfast each morning, even helped us book an emergency dentist appointment with her personal dentist. We could not be more grateful to have felt more cared for.

Comfy spacious room, great view from the balcony, good breakfast and the staff was phenomenal! They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. Everything was perfect! Nothing, everything was great!!!

This is a new (2024) boutique hotel with small but well equipped rooms. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Copious breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere. The pedestrian zone and quayside with its many charming shops and restaurants is just three minutes away, a short walk down one of the many stairways. At the entrance level there is a common room with a balcony overlooking the city and water front. We stayed three nights and had a wonderful time.

Everything was exceptional! Very beautiful place! Brand new! Stunningly decorated! Wonderful breakfast! The staff are so lovely and go above and beyond. Very convenient to everything in this gorgeous town.

Our family had the most wonderful stay here and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The owner personally helped carry our bags and showed such care in assisting our 81-year-old mother, which meant so much to us. The hotel itself is spotless, with every detail thoughtfully cared for. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding—an extraordinary spread of homemade Greek favorites that were both authentic and delicious. It was such a treat each morning. The rooms are beautifully designed and very comfortable, but the highlight was our suite on the top floor. The view of the water was simply breathtaking and created the perfect setting for evening cocktails as the sun went down. The location is ideal—close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. This combination of genuine hospitality, comfort, and beauty made our stay unforgettable. We would return in a heartbeat and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the best experience in the area. ??❤️

The staff was very helpful, and the receptionist gave us a lot of information about the restaurants and bars in the town. They helped us with our luggage using their car since the parking was far away from the hotel. The room was clean and cosy and there were clean towels every day The breakfast was tasty and had a wide variety of food. We recommend it and we will definitely be back!
