Jyoti and Shanti chefs went out of way to support our special needs. Also Suraj was a great help on same lines. Ekta tare tai with authentic maharastrain dishes was a great help and her food was amazing. Do try the thecha, kairi chatney and sweets

Purva in restaurant staff was a great help. Other helpful restaurant staff: Juneed, Anirudh, Jyoti and Shanti chefs went out of way to support our special needs. Also Suraj was a great help on same lines.

BREAK FAST WAS GOOD TEAM VERY HELPFUL BUFFET DINNER WAS A DISASTER --- FOOD WAS COLD SUPPOSED TO BE A SOUTH INDIAN BUFFET --- HOW CAN IT BE WITHOUT WHITE RICE / APPAM. THE CURD RICE WAS BLAND AND TASTELESS. THE ONLY THING NICE WAS THE FRIED CHILLES --- EVERY THING ELSE WAS BELOW PAR FOOD WAS COLD .... NO ONE TO MONITOR WHAT THE CUSTOMER HAS ORDERED REALLY DISSAPPOINTED --- SPECIALLY WHEN I WAS SO LOOKING FORWARD TO A NICE SOUTH INDIAN BUFFET

My worst experience in a long time. It all started when I arrived at 5 a.m. and was given a room with two beds, both of which had stains and crumbs. The bed linens were damp. Needless to say, I realized this after I undressed and unpacked my suitcase. I had to pack everything, get dressed, and go downstairs to change rooms. They told me there were no rooms available, but there were upgrades. I told them that if my bed linens were dirty, they should give me a free room, but they said no. I was exhausted after a sleepless night on the plane and agreed to pay over $100 for the room. It turned out that they upgraded me to a room without breakfast, so I had to pay an extra $25 for breakfast. Upon checkout, they asked me how my stay was, I explained everything, and they simply said they were very sorry. I will never stay at this hotel or this chain again, and I will recommend the same to everyone I know.

Convenient to travel I had a rather unpleasant experience during my stay. The staff was not accommodating, and I checked in quite late with no support or courtesy. There was a persistent noise in the bathroom, making it difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, I found hair in the breakfast I ordered through in-room dining. Overall, not the level of service one would expect.

The only redeeming part of the stay was the restaurant. The food was genuinely good and had an authentic taste — a pleasant surprise in an otherwise disappointing experience. The location wasn’t great either, making it hard to get around. I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The service was poor — the front desk staff were incredibly slow and making check-in frustrating. The rooms were much smaller than advertised. The pool was also a letdown — very small and not well-maintained, definitely not like the photos. The location wasn’t great either, making it hard to get around. This hotel is located in an industrial area with lots of trucks and dust around. I can't believe this hotel is a part of the Taj group. I felt like staying at the Ibis hotel or a budget hotel. There are way better options around for what you pay for this hotel. One of the hotels I like is the Taj, the trees. Their hospitality is next level.

For us the location was perfect. We enjoyed lovely meals and all of the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing we did not like.
