Hotel Anixis

Its a short walk from the port, but be prepared for a few stairs!

The view from the balcony was beautiful and although it was only about five minutes from the main tourist stretch, it was very quiet. The hosts were very friendly and had great communication and the room was extremely clean. The bed was comfy and the AC was very strong. Would definitely recommend! n/a

The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, with great air conditioning as well. The building was beautiful and the blue shudders and staircases were perfect for pictures, along with the stunning garden entryway.

Everything. From the very first entrance until the exit, it gives you the feel of home rather than a boring hotel. The staff was great as well as the breakfast. Location was close to everywhere as well. I would stay again. Nothing.

Excellent location on the hill right next to the castle through gorgeous alleys with beautiful shops (not port shops, but beautiful boutiques) & restaurants. Absolutely stunning views! The room & hotel was magnificent with really yummy breakfast on the deck overlooking the water & down the hill. Super comfortable & modern room (#14). Dimitrios was a joy to talk to (very responsive & informative, especially before our stay) & gave us great recommendations to take our rental car up the mountains to visit other villages. Naxos has been our favorite island. We will definitely be back! Naxos stole our hearts!!! Nothing! Everything exceeded our expectations!

My daughter and I thought most everything was really lovely. Large room with a kitchenette and with a view of the sea. The only thing that I didn"t like which I think is common in Greece was the small shower.

Dimitrios is a wonderful host - attentive and welcoming. He has a great sense of interior decor we loved our room and the beautiful garden below. Breakfast was great. Dimitrios went above and beyond in helping us out particularly when we accidentally left some property behind in the room.

Everything

Excellent location. If you are planning a stay, keep in mind that there is no easy way to get there. You have to walk a ways, including steps. To us this adds value. But hauling a large suitcase to the hotel may be problematic. The shower head was moldy.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, close to port (walking distance). Not sure you can get to it with a car. Google couldn’t find it, but got us close.

It's probably the best hotel stay I've ever had. Everything was amazing from start to finish. Incredibly helpful staff - answered any questions I had and were happy to give me recommendations. The room was comfortable and clean and was far enough away from the main strip to be able to have peace and quiet while only being a 5 minute walk away from everything.

Really great location, easy to reach from the port and easy to walk to all the main sites and the bus station. Comfortable bed and lovely view of the water. The wifi was not very strong and would lose the signal often.

The people were very welcoming and accommodating throughout our staying. Everyone in the staff was smiley and polite, and gave great suggestions for places to swim or food/drinks. The breakfast was also worth it with freshly squeezed orange juice every morning.

Great location in Naxos Chora. It's in a quiet area even while being close to the port & other central parts of the town. The views from the room's balcony and the common balcony as well were fantastic. We had a really nice stay and would be happy to be back when we visit Naxos next. Just be warned that there are a few steps to make it up here with your bags, so follow the directions guiding you to the hotel!
