Roof top was nice. Nothing special, but kinda cool. Every time we tried to get to the hotel we got lost. Apple Maps didn’t work well with the maze of streets.

Excellent location, close to port, bus station and restaurants, but very quiet. Lovely view of the sea and the Portara. The room was cleaned every day, fresh sheets and towels. Comfortable bed. Adequate storage space and shower facility. Friendly and helpful staff. nothing

The fantastic view over the port and an uninterrupted view of the Portara, the bathroom definitely the best I experienced, nicely fitted out, and staff were so helpful with sorting out car hire and even laundry for me. Nothing really, there is an old dilapidated building to the rear of the hotel, but that is easily overlooked when you have amazing views further afield

The view is to die for. It is quite a climb up to get to but once there the view makes up for it. Tina was so nice. She was always available and always had a smile and great recommendations. The room for 3 was a little tight with suitcases. You really could only sleep there.

Nice location & staff Getting luggage up there would be difficult without help. I did have Help from my taxi driver.

Stunning views, comfortable room, and host Tina was so sweet and accommodating. Tina helped arrange a lovely surprise for my sister’s birthday. We drank wine on the roof top with the most incredible views. Tina made sure we had everything we needed and her recommendations for tours and restaurants were spot on. I’d highly recommend staying at the Panorama hotel, and with Tina as your host, it is a must stay! She makes you feel like family. We will be back!

The location was PERFECT. Very near to Port and walking into the “labyrinth”. I had the top room which had an amazing and breathtaking panoramic view. Bed was comfortable and shower was roomy. Breakfast downstairs in the surprisingly large dining area was filling. Appreciated my interactions with all the staff. hope to be back in Naxos again and would absolutely stay again. I don’t think the refrigerator in the room worked. The water in there was not even cool. Not the worst thing and should be fixable.

Great location, good value for money, excellent staff and clean facilities. If you need, they even prepare a delicious breakfast for you. Would definitely go back. The Internet could be modernized, it was somewhat difficult to access and slow speed.

The hotel is on good location but around the property is abandoned building. The way to go to hotel is quite difficult with bags since no bell boy service. There was no communication before, the other property I stayed in visiting Greece reached out to me on what’s app with questions.. if you are with family, bathroom will be so congested so keep that in mind. Overall is okay though.

This is a small character filled hotel. Our room had a beautiful view of Apollo’s temple ruins and the edge of the castle could be seen out the 2nd window. Tina, at reception was very friendly, informative and helped with anything we needed! She also provided a wonderful breakfast of coffee, juice, bread, fruit, yogurt, and a boiled egg. Yummy! Our room was small but clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom had beautiful marble! The location is conveniently located to the port and bus terminal, and is in the historic winding pedestrian streets. Google Maps led us to a locked gate and brick wall once, so you can’t always trust it to lead you through the maze of little streets but we always found our way out eventually! It was a bit tricky to find but that was all part of the fun!

All good! Room is bigger than I expected with all facilities well maintained, the hostess Tina is lovely lady and just follow her recommendations for meal on the island. We will be back next time. We have a sea view room , great view to overview the famous Apollo portal frame. It will be better to have a warm blanket in the wardrobe, as it gets chilly in the night.

It is a HIKE to get to the hotel but totally worth it

My only complaint is that the property information lists free transfer from the port. This is not accurate. They can arrange transport (and the cost is reasonable) but it is not free. Although the hotel is very close to the port, there are many steps and it is a steep uphill walk, which is not at all easy with luggage.

Our Family had the pleasure of staying for 5 nights which was amazing. The hotel was in an amazing location in the old town at the top of the hill, with incredible views from the roof top overlooking the town of Naxos and ferry port. The ladies at reception were so happy and extremely helpful with all our requests. Amazing value for money and highly recommended. Nothing

We booked only for one night due to delayed ferry trip. Loved the property, front desk was friendly and the room was clean. Location is so quaint however not the best scenario when you’re lugging big bags….you have to walk the narrow paths to get to hotel, but that makes up for the charm of the area and the property. None
