It was clean, very attractive and updated. Very helpful staff. Although the immediate area around the hotel is not terribly attractive, it was very safe, and just a 5 minute walk to a bit nicer area We seemed to have a lot of mosquitoes somehow get into the room, despite not having windows or doors open. Occasionally a bad smell hovered on the property. It was just enough on the outskirts of town to be away from it all, but maybe just a bit too far out. They had what we thought was a hot tub next to the pool, but it was VERY cold. We came in early October when the weather was cooler and more wet, so maybe it was a cold plunge pool for the hot summer, but there was no where to warm up for us.

Beautiful facilities! Incredible staff! Amazing location that is across the street from a market and next to delicious food. It’s walking distance from the downtown/ main area yet tucked away so not too noisy. The free parking and free breakfasts were amazing; as was the state of the art pool and pool bar. I couldn’t recommend Porto Naxos any more! Everything was amazing! Only small thing to be aware of is the shower water gets on the floor easily, but really not a big deal at all

It is very relaxed, great location to walk to town. Staff all helpful and friendly. Pool is a lovely area, mix of sun and shade. Hotel layout comfortable. There is a supermarket across road and local busstop.

The staff were friendly especially the young male waiter. The location was good for travelling to various locations and beaches. Operations were inefficient (eg bar staff needing to go inside hotel for card machine EVERY time). Some elements of room were not 4 star like the shower. Also electrics by shower were loose. We had to get tea and sugar every day from reception. Breakfast was average in terms of choice compared to all other hotels we have stayed in.

Location and cleanliness The bathrooms need updating and the bar and breakfast was off the mark - the breakfast buffet could be better and the pool bar service was inconsistent. The bathroom and shower was a relic from the 80s.

Great location, with a short walk to the beach and the town centre. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Beautiful clean pool and gardens. Staff were helpful. Easy check in and check out. Nothing! I would book again.

Clean, and staff cleaning all day around the property. Very friendly attentive staff. Property was very pleasing visually. Walking distance of major shopping and eating centers. Property sandwiched between vacant dirt lots.

Large rooms, well laid out. Pool was great, breakfast was awesome. Staff were very helpful. Slightly further out of town so a bit of a walk but this was handy if you have a car and don’t want to drive in the crazy traffic.
