Great location , beach and town. Amazing customer service , very clean property and room.

We loved everything! The pool, the room, delicious breakfast. It’s a family operated hotel. Close to the beach and the port yet remote and very quiet. You can rent a car from the owner if needed, they will also guide you what to see. They are very nice, carrying people. We will miss this place on our future vacations.

The room was a bit tight for our family of 4 but our goal was to spend as much time out of the room so it really was not an issue.

Pool was very nice. Restriction on pool hours. Bathroom was small and everything got wet because the shower had no curtain or glass

The staff was amazing! The owner and her daughter were super helpful anytime we had questions about what to do, where to go to eat, to explore, etc. The breakfast was fresh and the morning staff were also great. Super friendly, quick on clean up, etc. The people made the experience a 10/10 and the property was very well maintained. Fresh paint, clean everything, pool was immaculate. Not too much to improve on here…we truly loved the experience and our stay. If I could provide 1 constructive recommendation it would be to get a few new pieces of equipment in the gym. However, it’s not a big deal when you think about it…if you’re in an amazing place like Naxos literally a few steps from the beach….what was I doing in the gym anyway! Hahaha

Beautiful accommodations in a quiet, yet connected, location. Close, but not too close, to the center. The staff were super nice and accommodating. They helped our friends find a doctor and my mom and dad to find a church service. They were super responsive to any issues and provided lots of information about the area. The breakfast was good too! Rooms were a little tight for four people, but we managed.

Wonderful pool, beautiful esthetic, very clean, great food, comfortable bed, helpful and friendly staff. Pool hours as the pool didn’t open till 11am which is late when you have young kids.

The staff were wonderful, kind, helpful and very hospitable. The pool Is nice. The breakfast good. The location is close to beach but not as close to town as we hoped for. Clearly family owned and they spend a lot of time taking care of guests. The Greek warmth is most heartily felt by the guests. The beds were good and the room was clean. The rooms need serious renovation, specially the bathrooms. Every time you take a shower the entire bathroom floods. The set up for the shower, hand to over head is not ideal and did not work. Furniture in the room is dated.

THE best complimentary breakfast I've ever had...and the cleanest swimming pool, too! The owners treated us like family. This was my second visit to Naxos and would recommend Astir to everyone...an awesome stay !

The hotel facilities are very good: nice swimming pool, good room, parking. The continental breakfast is also very complete. The staff is very helpful. The location of the hotel very good: close to a nice beach. The refrigerator turned off every time we leaved the room, so it was impossible to conserve food in it. As we left, we were told that there was a 7 euros tax per day. This tax wasn´t mentioned when we made reservations in the Booking app.
