Gorgeous and well kept. Nothing much.

Everything was beyond my expectations. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. A special thanks to the receptionist, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. She upgraded our room, made us feel very welcome, and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. One of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had. Nothing

The location to town was perfect! Walkable to a great beach and all the shops and restaurants. Deluxe room was a good size. Breakfast was really good there! Our spa tub was really dirty when we checked in. When using the shower, the counter space gets very wet as the floors.

Proximity. Near beach and main center of the city Rooms were rather small and not much room to move around

The Sphinx is recently renovated. Walking distance to ferry and beach. Grocery store across the street. Room was very small…no closet or counter space. Photos on website are misleading. I paid more for a superior room as the photos on the website showed a bigger room. But I was told superior ment 2nd floor. Staff was very aloof and seemed bothered if you asked for asked for anything. Safe in the room was not bolted down so someone could easily walk away with it. Cute hotel but customer service and website needs improvement.

Beautiful property and great location, staff was wonderful!! What appeared to be blood stains all over the shower walls, especially near the floor, hoped housekeeping would clean it on my first day, but they didn’t. Room was perfect otherwise!

Room and location

The staff were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. Close to the many shops, beaches and ferry port. The breakfast was wonderful with many options available. An all around great experience. Nothing.

Clean and in good conditions. —

The location of the hotel is very convenient; 5 minutes away from the beach on one side, and the center of Naxos on the other side. The room is very nice, clean, and fresh! The toilet is clean and of very good quality. The bed is so comfortable! The lighting in the room is very convenient too; there are many options to either have a bright room or a cozy mood. The value for the money I paid was very good. The size of the room is very strict. I was a solo traveler, and the room was enough for me. However, for a couple, it might be cozy or a bit too tight. I barely had space to open my bag.

Hotel is in an excellent location, a short walk to all attractions. The hotel was recently renovated with a very modern design and everything was almost brand new, the rooms are exactly as the pictures show. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff provided excellent service and went out of their way to help with additional requests especially Κατερίνα. Shower design could use an improvement because of water splashing everywhere when in use, but not a big concern.

Staff were extremely friendly, hotel was excellent.

This was the smallest room I've ever stayed in. There's no room to even fully open your big luggage.
