The swimming pool on the rooftop is lovely and the breakfast is excellent as well. Wifi is working well and the reception girls are very nice and helpful. Thank you very much I will be back in your hotel when I'm back on your island Everything was perfect . Thank u

The bed was extremely hard. Breakfast basic but ok

This place was just awesome. We stayed on Naxos for 2 nights which should have been much longer, because they recommended so many things to do and we didn’t have enough time for everything. The room was great, we even got upgraded since it was still early in the season and there weren’t that many people yet. The roof had a good sized swimming pool we swam some laps in and played pool games. There were also lounge chairs, and breakfast was also up there and had a lot of different foods, both cold and freshly prepared and hot. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the port and you pass by all the shops and restaurants on the way. There is also a beach 5 minutes away and a bus stop 2 minutes away. We can’t say enough good things and we highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Naxos!

We didn't have a nice experience with this hotel/company. First of all, we didn't even get to stay at this hotel. On the day of the check-in, somebody calls me and tells me that this hotel (Mare Naxia Hotel) is closed and that the company which has multiple hotels gave us a room in another sister-hotel in which the facilities were horrible. I'm sure they didn't close the hotel the day before we arrived. They could have told me that they close for the season and cancel my booking, I wouldn't have had any problem with it. I would have understood, it was not the season anymore bla bla bla, i would have booked another hotel which i get to choose and not force me to get a hotel which i would have never booked, had I seen it before. It was really unfair and that's why I don't recommend this hotel/company that has all these hotels. I will also contact Booking.com about it. It is not ok to call people on the day of the check-in and tell them "Hey, that hotel that you booked is closed, you get another one that we chose for you".

Spacious and modern rooms kept spotlessly clean, helpful and attentive staff, plentiful breakfast choices for a 2 star, short walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach and port pool could do with some TLC

The receptionist was very friendly and informed us about the most important things to know and where we could find the best beaches, bus stops and bars. From this hotel it is a 5min walk to the beach and a 15min walk to the city centre. The pool on the rooftop was refreshing and relaxing. We could leave our luggage in the hotel after checking out because our ferry left in the evening. The breakfast was ok but not as varied as in other hotels in a similar price category. Unfortunately the scrambled egg, omelettes etc. were served cold at the buffet.

Location Hospitality, wasn’t inviting workers just sitting in the lobby on their phones watching shows. The pool area could be better, the pool needs washing on the tiles, could offer pool towels and some snacks or drinks in the bar area. Didn’t feel inviting.

Breakfast, pool, location, staff all great Beds too hard, 2 single beds pushed together. Mosquito’s in the room, shower head kept falling from the bracket.

We spent perfect 12 days there with our dog... renovated Hotel with nice staff, only a few minutes away from the old town and from Agios Georgios.

Room was tired and the shower hook was broken and had to be used by hand. Shower was mouldy - not very clean and the room was small

Just wanted to thank all the staff from reception to cleaning and especially the guy who looked after us so well at breakfast

It was close to the beach and the main port area The pool had no shelter and it was not very clean
