Dry beautiful property. Nice clean rooms. Excellent staff.

Pool…not enough chairs I booked your hotel for the pool but was not able to use it

If you are allergic/ sensitive to nature effects of bug bites etc choose a upper floor room Suggest they get trashcans with covers for the ant situation And to tell guests keep all food in fridge. Can be managed better for sure!

Breakfast was a bit small.

Great stay. We got an apartment of 2 bedrooms which was very nice and comfy. It had all the amenities and cutlery in the room. The pool area is nice and big. The staff are super friendly and nice. I would recommend it for anyone coming to naxos.

Great location!! Walking distance to a beach and great restaurants Room was decorated so cute and staff was SO lovely Pool is huge and great for lounging Shower was kind of weird but it worked!!

Excellent property with lots of space and amenities

Breakfast was great every morning and the room was very clean and fresh. People reserved their pool chairs and occupied them even when they were not at the pool. I suggest they add more back chairs and extend the patio to where the grass is as that portion is unused space.

The rooms were spacious and clean They don’t include breakfast. They definitely nickel and dime you! You can’t use the gym unless you pay. They don’t have water upfront for you when you arrive. It’s a bit far from the center.

Really nice hotel village near the center of Naxos, the room was very comfortable with alot of space and had everything I needed for a great stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel grounds were well maintained. I didn't use the pool or try the breakfast, but they looked great too. I would definitely return!

Very nice room and pool area, free breakfast was great and healthy. It has a pilates reformer class which is amazing but with an additional fee. A bit of a walk to get to the beach and Naxos town but its ok, good 15-20 min exercise! Has a supermarket but not much else around the hotel. The gym was not what I was expecting, no treadmills etc but for men's serious weight trainings.

The only issue we experienced was with the laundry service. Our laundry wasn’t collected as arranged, so none of it was done the following day. Once we spoke to the staff, they resolved it that same day, but it was still an inconvenience. The café was also a little on the expensive side compared with other nearby options (although food was good).

We had a two bedroom villa with a nice seating area as well as patios to utilize. This was perfect for our needs! The rooms were the perfect size. We were able to walk easily to the center of town and the local beach. The pool also exceeded expectations. The pantry was a great breakfast and lunch location! The staff were really the shining stars! They were so helpful in setting up anything and everything we needed. They were always available for assistance. I’ve never experienced such hospitality! My niece also wants me to give the kitties a 10/10 ?

The on site cafe brunch place called The Pantry. Really nice staff & pleasant atmosphere. Some guests put towels on sunbeds & then disappeared which meant there were empty but 'taken' beds & no where for yourself when busy. Perhaps staff should gather up towels when beds have been unoccupied for some time.

We had 2 rooms and one of the rooms didn’t have hot water for 2 nights. They quickly came to try to fix it, but we still had to take cold showers

The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. We loved the laundry service they offered. It was a great treat. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The water in one unit was tepid, but it was fine.

The proximity to the port and the cafe for breakfast. The water did not work properly for nearly two days. There were a good amount of ants in the room.

The property of Naxos Green village was beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool area is great - a real luxury to have in Naxos Town - and the Pantry breakfasts were delicious. The staff were super friendly and accomodating! A super quick walk into the old town and port area. The walls were a little thin so you could hear people in the next rooms. It would have been great to have a few more hangers, some real shampoo and conditioner (not combined!) in the shower, and some dish soap for the kitchen.
