This was such a disappointment. The first night, water was leaking everywhere after I took a shower. Then they moved me to a different room, which had dirty marks on the toilet. I asked them to clean it—they said they would, but no one ever came. There were also issues with the lights; I had to either turn off the AC at night or keep the lights on all night. I reported this as well, but they never bothered to fix it. The walls are thin, and you can hear your neighbors. Sometimes guests and children were making noise late at night.

Pool was good. Apartment was comfortable. Wifi was awful. The breakfast was okay .

The pool was very nice and breakfast was adequate. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment but we're given a quadruple room (bunk beds). We changed to the apartment to find the kitchen useless, which was in the bedroom and had no utensils or even cups and the dining area was the outside table and chairs. You have to put used toilet paper into a bin not the toilet.They didn't tell is that. Our room flooded and after it was fixed no one washed the floor. Not as good as the pictures.

The view from our room when we had a room change after complaining about our first room. The first room we were put into for 4 nights was right next to a very busy road, very noisy, traffic jams until early hours of the morning, stunk of cigarettes all of the drawers had tobacco bits in them, the outside table and chairs were filthy, cigarettes buts and empty packs outside the room,. The bathroom sink was in the bedroom, the room was dingy. The breakfast was the same each day.

The pool was fantastic and the free breakfast was a nice touch. The location was really good - close to the beach and not super far from town. Also right by a supermarket, which was useful There were many cats around (but same could be said for all of Greece, really).

Very kind staff. Really nice pool. Very good pool service! Good breakfast and very kind people in the breakfast area. Great croissants that are baked at the property daily. The property provided us with a very big room on the quiet side as we had requested. Really good and silent a/c Big and clean bathroom. Balcony also really nice although we had no opportunity to use it. Although there is no noise insulation the property was generally quiet. Slow message replying. Bed did not have a lower sheet that could cover the whole bed. Daily cleaning but only rudimentary. Many days the floor was not swapped or toilet paper was missing. Old infrastructure that needs to be updated.

Great place to stay. Spacious clean rooms that were very in keeping with Greek style. Nice large pool. Proximity to beach and other facilities. Very friendly staff and customer service. Nothing.

air conditioning Nice pool Employees: they offered umbrellas for the beach, always helpulf and smiling. Breakfast: Horrible artificial juice (unacceptable artificial juice in a hotel) Breakfast - missing cut fruit (banana, pineapple, papaya, …) No air conditioning in the breakfast area (so warm inside) Pool Bar: Responsible for the bar was smoking and drinking beer in the bar tables. Need to pay one by one, you can not have some beer, drinks and pay in the end or during checkout. General: Breakfast has a lot to improve

Pleasant

Love the pool area, the breakfast and the staff everything was amazing, right next door to a supermarket, 10min walk from town. This place is as the best! Everything was amazing
