This is an adorable little place within walking distance to the beach and Naxos port. The front desk was amazingly welcoming, allowing us to leave our luggage hours before our rooms were ready and giving us beach towels and recommendations so that we could go enjoy Naxos. They also arranged a mattress on the floor for our third child. They suggested places to eat and even made a reservation for us at an awesome mountain restaurant in Naxos.

It was a great experience to stay at Polis of Naxos. Everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is very central. I also especially would like to thank you to Yannis for arranging a superb room for us! Nothing

The room was small and so was the balcony. Although it said city view, the view is street and parking lot. The breakfast was good with fair selection of warm and cold items. Staff was helpful and polite. There is no elevator or help with luggage. Although they provide 2 small bottles of water upon arrival, that’s not replaced daily. (Can’t drink tap water)

The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were exceptional. All the pastries were freshly made by Anna who is an outstanding cook The one way street made it initially tricky to get to but only on day one.

The location was convenient, the room was bright and we were upgraded to a suite because it was basically empty. A choice of pillows is always good. There was GF bread available at breakfast but otherwise the breakfast was pretty mediocre. It is clearly a new hotel and marketed as being up-market. It was very much more style over substance. The toilet leaked, the bedside light on one side was hanging upside down and the shower was cold. We were there for one night and due to return for a futher 4 after visiting another island. We cancelled the second booking as felt very disappointed by our first stay for the money charged.

Nice and modern Boutique Hotel in several buildings. Our room was in a House a hundred meters away from the main building and was very quiet. Room was very new. The bed was very comfortable. Air condition was very quiet, shower was perfect. Very creative and "yummi" breakfast and stuff (Katarina and her colleagues) were always kind and helpful and made us feel welcome. Nothing to claim about. Just a few little things the hotel could improve the service: a waste paper basket in the room and shelf space in the shower, as well as a second chair on the balcony would be nice.

The room was fine though very small and the bathroom was modern and good. Facilities to dry swim stuff etc on balcony was welcome and practical. The breakfast was by far the best we had in the various hotels we stayed in. It is between the town and the first beach so quite a hike to port, bus station (for the nicer beaches) and town for main facilities (though there are eating places near the hotel). First night at 2:30am an overload alarm in the kitchen went off loudly and as there is no one on site overnight I had to go down and call their emergency number. The next night we got woken at the same time by people coming back from clubbing. The balcony is tiny and jammed up against the next door balcony so not useable. Nothing terrible happened but it was the least satisfactory of the hotels we stayed in.
