The main villa is nice with a large dining area and a very beautiful garden. The room is quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and generous. The bathroom is small and dated.

Nice view from the balcony in the room *Hairs and crumbs in the 'clean' bed *Shower functioned for about a minute and then completely stopped working *Advertised shuttle to Nemi/Velletri did not exist *Breakfast was infested with insects, including pitchers of juice full of dead flies, and the cornetti were genuinely inedible (at least 2-3 days old) *Staff could not have cared less (and this is coming from someone used to the gruff customer service in Rome)

Self catering unit was far more than we expected.. clean sunny, fresh. Beds were comfortable and rooms very spacious. I loved the gardens and the HUGE pumpkins and squash at the reception area. Pity there wasn't a kettle nor a micro wave.

The villa is in the mountain. Fresh air and good view. 15 km to Ciampino airport. It was cold into the rooms. More appropriate for summer use. Problem with Wi-Fi.
