We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel has a beautiful view, and we really enjoyed the spacious room with a stunning mountain view. The atmosphere and scenery were truly memorable. However, we were not completely satisfied with the room that had a swimming pool. The room had an unpleasant smell, like old stagnant water, and there was no air-conditioning, which made it uncomfortable to stay in, especially during warm weather. We hope this can be improved in the future.

Hotel Review Murad, Shamim, Fatih, Thank you! The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to help. Everything was perfectly organized, and their tour organization was ?. Everything ran right on time, and the entire experience was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was peacefully tucked away from the heavy city noise while still being close to everything, offering an absolutely incredible view!

Nothing. I found I dislike. Everything is good. I highly recommend this place. If you come to Cappadocia, I will definitely come to stay in this hotel. You need to experience it yourself. Cappadocia is one of the most beautiful places in earth. At least come one time to see it yourself. ???????????

Wifi wasnt working the whole time and I had to go near the reception to sit and use wifi which was annoying ! Reaching the hotel is so hard without car with the steep upslope road

My room didn't clean on the next day, i guest since the door uses a physical key, but they should have clarified this policy beforehand. We hope they will consider offering hot food options for breakfast in the future. The room was not equipped with a safe. We utilized the hotel's airport transfer service, priced at €15 per person/trip.The hotel informed us they didn't have receipt. Ultimately, we were forced to wait at the airport while the driver verified the payment.

Everything was superb!!! Staffs are exceptional!! They help me with everything i need. Booked our tours and guide us how to navigate the place. Shamim and Murad you guys the best!! Nothing all the best

Staff was accommodating and helpful and Hannifer, the Chef, was very talented. Having dinner on the premises was a GREAT value!! I looked forward to dinner every night. Thank you for the wonderful experience and I expect to visit again within a year. Parking at one point was difficult as my husband could drive the car up the hill to the highest point.

Kahvaltı iyi çalışanları güler yüzlü kedi sever olarak söyleyeyim kediler çok tatlı manzara harika ama yüksek katlarda olunca merdiven çıkmak biraz zor gece geç gelince park yeri sıkıntısı olabiliyor havuz büyük olmasa da idare eder ama su çok soğuk geldi biz giremedik biraz ısıtılması lazım 26-28 derece dediler ama zannetmiyorum

Das Ambiente von der der Unterkunft war sehr schön. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal war auch sehr hilfsbereit. Parkplatz war auch kein Problem. Es war Rundum angenehm.

Çalışan arkadaşlar çok güler yüzlü ve kibarlardı. Genel olarak temizlik iyiydi, odalar ferahtı ve en çok çekindiğimiz rutubet olayı yoktu. Ugandalı arkadaşlar Okonogo ve Dıjinibuwe bize çok yadımcı oldular.

Tek sıkıntı, odada klima yoktu ve çok sıcaktı. Odanın içinde telefon çekmiyor, bu da bir dezavantaj olabilir. Kayanın içinde konaklamak istiyorsanız bunları da göze almalısınız.
