It is a lovely hotel. Very clean, very friendly staff, great amenities and perfect breakfast! There is nothing I could complain.

The staff were very friendly and nice, we even got popcicles while waiting for late flight.

Jacuzzi room Cave rooms were very nice and shared kitchen was helpful. Good breakfast included There was too much snow in the area and it was slippery.

Beautiful cave-style room, nicely decorated with a lot of very cool and interesting details. The jacuzzi bath was great. Liked the underfloor heating, was very cozy on the cold days. From the terraces you could actually see hot-air balloons over Goreme in the mornings. I absolutely loved the Turkish breakfasts prepared every day. Both guys running the place were very helpful and accommodating Nothing really. Just a couple of things to note - parking is right next to the hotel but the street is very narrow and steep. You may wanna walk the last bit up first to see if you need to drive all the way. We decided to park lower. The neighborhood - was nice to walk around with great views of the town but there's not much in terms of groceries or eating. We drove to town

The apartment was big and had everything needed. The person at the reception and the lady served breakfast were nice people. However, the water tap connected to the shower was not working properly. The back door had no proper lock and difficult to keep it locked. The bed in the cave room was too low and difficult to get up from the bed. The bed is also not very comfortable. The place is far from Goreme. Not many restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Breakfast was very delicious! Best hotel breakfast I’ve had staff were super accommodating and helpful they let us leave our luggage in their office after we checked out to go explore for the day before our bus ride that night.

I love the fact that is a family place where Mr Mehmed and family receive all guests as their own family. They offered me food from their own, took me to the castle in Nar for free, gave me fresh baklava in the afternoon and gave me clear instructions to go to certain places. I am very grateful with all attentions from this fabulous family. Also, the price is unbeatable! Even though has a peaceful view of the valley, It is not a silent place. There is a saloon on the other side of the valley where they celebrate parties, marriages, etc. Not sure how often this goes but during my stay two out of the three days were on. Also some dogs barking in the back. Even with this sound, I was able to sleep since I was very exhausted and music stops at 11pm by local law

Family driven location. Son (Erol) is running the hotel, but supported from his wife and parents. All is very family friendly. Erol is also very supportive when it comes to activity questions, even supports when you want to arrange a balloon flight. The rooms are cozy and clean. Next shopping mall is approx. 1.5 km away. To city center is even also not that far. You can make daily trips starting from here. I can warmly recommend this hotel. Here are only small suggestions to make the service better ;) * we were 3 in the room: a third coffee cup would have been nice and enough instant coffee / tea bags :) (had only two) * a list of TV channels. We were not able to find the right one among the list of 7-800 incl. a short instruction, how to use TV and Set-top box * a brochure with information what can be seen in the region (beside the ones you can find in the web - local hidden places)
