A lovely hotel tucked back in a quiet place for a nice & relaxing vibe. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast and lounging area up on the terrace with beautiful views. My room was comfortable and clean and had all the amenities I needed. Walking distance to the valley's trailheads, downtown and great places to dine.

Coffee and tea provided but not hot at all

Room is good mostly the rooftop and the waiter there is really great to us I’ll give him a excellent rate!

Breakfast was limited. Cleaning was not done for day 2 stay. Towels and toiletries were not changed.

We stayed at Elysee Cave Hotel in Göreme as a group of five people. In our group we also had our very elderly grandparents — they are close to 80 years old. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed very warmly. The receptionist, Nasir, greeted us in such a kind and friendly way. He showed us our rooms, took us to the viewing terrace, and explained everything about the hotel. He also showed us that there is Turkish tea available at any time — ready, hot, and very tasty. He is a very pleasant, young, and caring person, and we were truly touched by how warmly he welcomed us. He even gave our elderly grandparents a comfortable room on the ground floor, so they wouldn’t have to walk up the stairs. This was very thoughtful and meant a lot to us. The hotel itself is wonderful — cozy, warm, and built with great care. We sincerely thank the owners for creating such a beautiful place, and we especially thank Nasir for his excellent service.

Beautiful common areas and sumptuous breakfast. The rooms were very comfortable. Great views for the balloons in the morning.

The terrace is an incredibly pretty place to be, and it has very good views of goreme. The morning breakfast is also very, very good, it was always great to start the day with such a good variety . There are several very, very friendly cats which definitely elevated the experience. We loved hanging out with them on the terrace and around the hotel. There many restaurants extremely close to the hotel within walking distance, which made this stay very enjoyable as well Everything was great

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Goreme Privacy could have been better, as the room’s windows faced the parking lot and the curtains did not fully cover them.

Everything as advertised. Nice balcony with view to the balloons in the morning. The terrace on top of the hotel was great as well. Breakfast was okay. The three beds in the family room were a bit tight to each other.

Wifi was spotty at times and either stopped working or was incredibly slow.

Nothing, really. The upholstered chairs in our room were a bit dusty.

Good location: only a few minutes to the city center. Nice and super friendly staff. Comfortable room. Big terrace with the walley view. The Turkish tea is awailable to drink the whole day. The cute dog of the hotel's owner. The nice friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Location, rooftop, breakfast and staff serving breakfast. Receptionist didn’t speak English, water and towels were not changed or there.

Location - right in the city centre, with accessible restaurants and shops nearby, on walking distance. Staff - treated us with great hospitality. Leyla, Nasır, Ali, İbrahim - just to name a few. Always available to help and to answer queries. Services - great buffet breakfast with variety of items (better than a five star hotel). Turkish tea available in the dining room, at all times during the day. Room was quite spacious with on suite, and house cleaning providing fresh toiletries and towels. There is terrace lounge where you can rest anytime of the day, with great scenery and view! The hotel provides tourist info and can book activities for their customers. Nothing!!

Exceptional

Ground level room with queen bed was my favorite. Stairs are involved there and everywhere, lol. No cave involved.
