We arrived early and were able to check in early which was very helpful since we flew all night and were tired. Everybody of the staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful. It was at a great location, centrally located but away from noise. You could marvel at the ballon’s from the terrace, which was spectactular. Breakfast was great too from sweet and savory items to coffee, tea and juices. The friendly owners dog was a bonus, but if you are not into dogs, she would leave you alone. All in all we had a wonderful stay and could only recommend this place highly! Nothing!

Very friendly and clean

The breakfast was wonderful, and the rooms were comfortable.
-
It’s in a great location with views of the town. We were upgraded to a room with balcony. While the breakfast was plenty, it was very basic compared to other stays in Turkey. Also, the rooftop area for balloon viewing were not setup during our stay.

Very nice hotel, rooftop had a great view. Breakfast was very delicious.Great location. The staff was very nice but it was hard to communicate because of the language.
-

Clean centrally located with parking and amazingly friendly management

My stay was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly, the room was great, and the housekeeper did an excellent job — it was always spotless. The hotel’s location is fantastic and the price is unbeatable. The breakfast they offer is also excellent and very generous. Plus, the views from the terrace are amazing, and you can see the balloons perfectly from up there.

Great view from terrace, good breakfast

Facilities, near on everything. 5mins walk away from all

Staff was amazing. The airline lost my luggage, and they offered to call for me to help me out as Turkish is not my native language...it was incredibly helpful. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Location was excellent being close to restaurants and shops, and the rooftop was perfect for watching the balloons in the early morning. I would not get a room on the ground floor. There is no ventilation in the room, and being on the ground floor, I could not leave my windows open and the room smelt a little musty. I'm not downgrading the overall rating for this as I didn't spend much time in the room, and the value, staff, location and breakfast more than made up for this minor issue.

Nice hotel just minutes from all the action in Goreme. We went to the terrace every morning at 6am to see the balloons and they literally passed next and over our hotel. We didn't need to go to any viewpoint to see this spectacle. The staff was very nice and helpful, they helped us arrange taxis and gave us plenty of useful information/tips. They even let us use the micro wave to heat our beverages and lended us extra blankets so we wouldn't freeze when watching the balloons. Buffet breakfast was great but very repetitive, also lacked vegan options - but this is usual in all the hotels we stayed in Turkey. Our first morning after our balloon flight we overslept and arrived after 10am and they still allowed us to take breakfast. Our room was cozy but a bit small. The bathroom door was a bit uncomfortable but not a huge deal. The cushions on the terrace smelled like cat urine and are a bit ruined; it would be convenient to replace them as they spoil the space.
-
No lift in the hotel which was a surprise.

Very nice hotel with friendly hospitality from the hosts. Free parking. Amazing view to watch balloons.

The hotel is very well located, with a good breakfast and a beautiful view from the terrace. The staff who welcomed us were amazing, later we found out it’s a family business run by brothers, which made it even more special. They were incredibly kind and always willing to help with everything we needed. We decided to extend our stay and received full support from them, including with our tours. It’s a shame we couldn’t do the hot air balloon ride this time. We’ll definitely have to come back! Highly recommended! Nothing.

Would definitely stay here again Nothing

Staffing was very friendly and very helpful despite the language barrier, as not all of them spoke English. Spacious room, everything very clean. Location is very convenient and the terrace is amazing to spot the balloons. Breakfast could be improved a bit. Some of the tours offered by the hotel were a bit more expensive than the ones you can find online or directly at the operator's site.

The atmosphere that we breathed during the stay was like being part of a big family, The room was clean and the staff came every day to tidy up our room. The breakfast was prepared every day and the view from the terrace was incredible. The staff also helped us to arrange the flying with hot air balloons and suggested us many restaurants and places to visit. Strongly recommended!

Deluxe room, high season: Comfortable room, very big lots of space, large bathroom, water was hot shower pressure decent, room had hairdryer, bed comfy, free tea/coffee and kettle and mini fridge, breakfast was solid, beautiful views of the balloons in the morning, very large roof space, nicely decorated, cute dog, relatively quiet location, AC worked well (in June), free filter water, Don't book tours through the hotel the tour agency they partner with overcharges and their guide was not happy to be there, mini fridge was very loud at night so I unplugged it, yes you can hear ppl in the hallway but it wasn't a problem ppl were mostly respectful, it's kind of down a random back road and up a small steep hill, not a big issue but definitely not in the center of everything which makes it quieter which is nice
