They charged us for water, which is kind of bazar bc I’ve never stayed at a hotel that charged for water and I’ve traveled to maybe countries

Perfect location and very beautiful cave rooms, cool and dark and quiet for a good sleep. Wonderful area for walking, eating, shopping, tours, etc. Also many local pets, all appear well. Internet sucks but it is typical inside a cave! Also pool really needs about 3 more degrees

The kindness of the personnel

Pool hours are from 9am to 7pm. The sunbeds don't have enough shadows so you can really get sunburned. There was a lot of water in our room out of the blue...

The room is good and comfortable but the arrangement is not what I expect for and television only plays local anguage shows.

The view and the location as it is very near to Göreme sunset hill. The roofdeck view is nice when watching the air balloons Too many things we didn't like, and we actually felt it was a kind of a tourist rip off. The room is very dark, alao the picture of the room was not exactly the same as when we booked. We expected to stay in a more cave type room. The room was really basic, though it was kinda spacious. The breakfast is terrible, we were waiting from 7.30am on the terrace for the breakfast to start while enjoying the view. We asked the staff if the breakfast would be on the terrace and they said yes, but didn't even bother to inform us at 8.30 that it was open, resulting in a long queue. The breakfast is less than basic, it is noticed that most of the food comes straight from the supermarket and is cut in pieces and put on a plate. They also serve powder coffee, not even brewed coffee! Back at our hotel room, it was 10.30am only and the trash bags were already positioned in front of our door and the cleaning staff was waiting to start cleaning, and we hadn't checked out yet. Staff needs training on hospitality and friendliness, everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff was grumpy and unfriendly. The pool was way too small for the hotel size and just filled up with clorine, no thank you for swimming. With so many hotels in the area it comes down to good food, and excellent hospitality to make a guest enjoy the stay. Considering we paid a discounted rate of 135 euro per night for this rip off, if I compare it with other hotels where we paid 50 euro or 100 euro per night and had an amazing stay, this hotel is a pure tourist rip off. I would advice people to think twice before booking here, there might be better options available in the area

The pictures in booking do not reflect the reality of property

The property is well located. The rooftop and pool is convenient to see the hot air balloons on a morning. The rooms are neat and tidy and the beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful in booking trips, transfers and Balloon rides. The drains in the bathroom were very smelly.
-
The shower and the toilet where in the same place , it was impossible to shower within making the toilet wet, including everything around. On top the sink was draining water onto the floor which make the smell terrible.
-
The CCH is ideally located, walking distance to Göreme Open Air Museum and two blocks from restaurants hammam and a transit terminal. Room was spacious, clean and staff was helpful. The breakfast was great.
-
The cleanness, location and helpful staff. The shower facilities.

Location is great .. very near to bus station and all the shops. Staff is very friendly and nice Views from the terrace is very nice Lighting in one of the room is very dim and ACs were not working .. on calling staff they fixed it There is no phone in the room

It was a very good location! nice room with the cave vibes! but the bathroom had a smell that was very unpleasant! and it would not go away. Overall other than that it’s a 8/10 for me.

Stinky room, weird voices like water dripping

The location of the hotel was very good, and the staff were polite and helpful. However, I would not consider this accommodation to be a proper hotel. It is more like a guesthouse with very basic facilities. There were constant issues with the sanitary installations — broken taps, lack of ventilation, and a noticeable presence of mold.

The place where the hotel was located was very convenient and the staff were very friendly and arranged all our activities without nay hassle. Amazing co ordination. Definitely recommend everyone to try this place.

Location The staff were rude and unhelpful. No assistance with luggage and the girls had to help themselves. Upon asking at reception the 2 men , both named Ali ( as told by them), said we are not bell boys. Absolutely rude guys at reception. The hotel doesn't provide any hot water. Don't fall for their price and location.

Very good

The property is in a very good location. Center of Goreme. In our family suite, there’s a bit of smell coming from the toilet. Also we stayed there for 3 nights but only on the first day they provided water. The rest we paid for it.

Ground floor access, close to Göreme downtown and near to all the restaurants and viewpoint. We got the red pool suite, thinking that it was a heated pool. It only heats up to 28c, which was still pretty cold. (in April) The pool was cold, access to bathroom was down a spiral staircase so each time you want to use it, it felt like an underground expedition. Also slippery floor could use more bath mats.
