The hotel was clean. Staff friendly. Room so so. Bed was uncomfortable. Slept poorly.

The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfy. Greeted very kindly. Even tho the pool was small it was kept up the hot tub was also nice.. I missed the breakfast but the area was big enough and they had guest laundry room

Nice place for the price.

We definitely could have used extra towels. Would be nice to have a place to hang towels.

The entire hotel has a very weird smell. The room was clean, but kept very warm and took awhile to cool off.

The room we stayed in was clean, cool, and everything good that you expect at a well maintained Hotel. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and the location was perfect for Schlitterbahn.

Outdated & dirty

Way overpriced for the quality, beds didn't have comforters just sheets and a thin fuzzy blanket. Shampoo was empty, hand soap was empty, 2 towels in a room that sleeps 4, every outlet in the room kept tripping after a few minutes of having stuff plugged in. Hallway smelled like backed up sewage. When we called the front desk for soaps and towels since everything was empty they told us to come to the front desk rather than bring it up to our room like every other hotel would. Also waited about 10-15 minutes for someone to show up and check us in.

Nice place to stay

It’s a cheap hotel. But I would have paid the extra money to go somewhere with a decent continental breakfast.

Good hotel for the price

Breakfast was not anything to write home about….we couldn’t feed the kids any cereal because the milk on the counter was not good…the front desk person changed it and it was any different . I ended up going to the corner store to buy milk. Not a lot of variety either, but I guess that’s standard in a lot chain hotels. Also the pool is very small , so only 5 to 6 people can’t be in it at a time without bumping into each other.

Its a nice, no frills clean and comfortable stay. The staff are the nicest group of people. We stay here everytime we're in New Braunfels.

It’s a good place for an over night stay

Room was small and ok. You can tell they tried to fix things up, but the paint job leaves much to be desired. Breakfast was nothing special - toast, waffle, cereal. Room A/C is a window unit that gets turned off between stays - so it was very musty when we checked in. Beds were decent - no plush comforter like at home, but the blankets were fine.

Bathtub was dirty and made us doubt the rest of the roon

The AC worked well and there was warm water. There wasn’t actual “breakfast” options.. we found a cockroach in our room, the staff tried to come in our room early the morning after we arrived.

Staff allowed slightly early check in which was smooth. Friendly staff who does their job well.
