All the employees were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfy. I definitely would stay there again.

The front desk staff was very friendly and hospitable. Toilet was clean & pool was nice. Tv could go loud. Beds were comfy. The room was dark most of the lamps didn’t work & the carpet stunk. Parts of the room smelled like dog urine and we didn’t travel with a dog. The shower didn’t look to of been cleaned as the previous tenants had stuck a clothing sizing sticker on the shower wall and it was still there. Literally every piece of furniture at the pool was broken. Also some very crumbling stairs that they have taped off they just need to tear them down. Some exposed wires by the walkway to the pool area need to be addressed as well.

Location of the facility was great to get us what we needed to unfortunately the facility was not kept up everything was so outdated it was so trashed not for a good location in the center of New Braunfels, good for late night stay and early checkout but to stay for a couple of nights nope not safe the parking was horrible no one obeyed any of the parking lot rules

The beds were soft. The rooms were clean. Pool was clean. Only gave you one room key. Lots of suspect folks around smoking weed.

People were friendly Roaches everywhere in the rooms and outside the rooms. There was trash everywhere outside. The rooms were not cleaned properly.

Roaches, door's don’t close properly, shows pics they serve breakfast they don’t, we asked for a non- smoking room and both rooms reeked of smoke and their were burnt holes in the curtains from it being a smoke room

One of the three rooms we got the AC didn't work.Neither did the refrigerator. Our the beds were lumpy and Highly uncomfortable. Did not bother to get into the pool because of the green color.
