Quiet and a nice place to stay

Bed was super amazing and comfortable! Room was big and spacious! However, there were roaches and water bugs near the lobby and pool which gives my review 3 stars.

the room was big, other than that, NOTHING it had roaches! holes in our wall and bathroom door, rusty refrigerator, a/c barely worked, beds were old, bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in.

Hello I would like for someone to reach out to me regarding my stay, I found bed bugs and different animals all around the room, I showed the staff on duty and she stated she couldn’t do anything for me, I had to myself a young woman find a hotel in the middle of the night. This was a very scary experience and it was very inconvenient had I had to pay 200$ for a hotel for the night. Please each out to me in my refund and compensation.

I would not stay there again if it was offered to me free every room was infested with roaches every thing was either not working or broken i did take pictures of and yea hot tub broke washer dryer broke snack machine broke .The staff was ok but other then that i wouldnt recommend to noone.

I will start by saying the staff was very understanding and nice about my concerns. And immediately canceled my reservation. But I was not able to sleep in this room. Not only when we got into the room there was live band bugs on the wall. There was also live roaches under the mini fridge and dead roaches in a random corner of the room. The room itself was clean, but they definitely have a bug infestation and I do not want to take bedbugs home so I immediately didn’t check in , leaving me to find beds for seven people out of nowhere and put more money down to rebook.

Saw some roaches, the ice machine didn’t work due to overuse. Some stuff off but a one day stay I guess it could be good!

Nothing it was horrible Roaches crawling everywhere the sink was filthy used bars of soap for laying on the sink with dirty wrappers laying around peeling paint all over the place stains all over the floor no blankets for the bed they gave you a sheet it wouldn't give you another blanket and a used towel under the sink with blood on it or something don't ever come here

Absolutely filthy. Roaches and appliances that didn't work

The A/C Everything on the Internet was false advertisement far as pool, the coke machine, snack machine machines, no breakfast at all. Also, the showerhead was at the corner of the tub too much narrow to be in the shower close to curtain some of the parts of the wall was punched in baseboard turn off the wall to the door. Stopper was kind of broken had a hole I took pictures just to make sure that wasn’t charging me. Took it to the front desk and they were aware of them.

The property was a little rundown. Pool and the spa were not available. There were mugs in the bathroom. And they replace in the sheet box both in the hallway and in my room that showed damaged that was not repaired. Betting and surface areas were clean though.

A little disappointed in the maintenance and conditions of the establishment.
