The air-conditioning didn’t work that good but it was OK

Really dirty and old rooms not recommended. There was bed bugs

Mattress was fantastic. I got a handicapped room by mistake (wanted lower level) and shower was horrible. My bad. Desk gentleman very nice. Had trouble finding hotel with Google Maps and front desk didn't help with directions, poor English speaking. I was only there for 9 hours to sleep, so it was workable for the reasonable price.

Place was great! Cleaniness and the personality of owners was very very sweet!

Ceck in took so long. There was a person in front of me, it took like 30min for him to get checked in then took another 30min for me to check in. Get to my room to open the door to an occupied room!! They gave me another room only to find out A/C didnt cool the room enough, thier solution was close the bathroom door, bathroom was already hot cause theirs no air ventilation in it. They finally brought a box fan which we prompt up on a chair to get through the night. Glad we only stayed 1 night, Really not worth $140!

There were bugs in the room, both dead and moving about. Respectfully, but the room was not completely remodeled, it still had lights that are temporary, being that the lights were not connected to the light switches, and other similar conditions.

The owners were not friendly. They were stingy with towels. You could only get fresh towels if you brought your dirty ones to her. In my friends room the carpet was wet under the AC unit and toilet leaked all over the floor. Then we had to convince her to get a new room. Also stains on the pillows and bedding😬

The owner refused to give me a receipt of my charges, charged me an additional 50 dollars after the 100 dollar deposit the booking site charged me. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well as the irs Was treated like crappie. After already paying g 130 o line 2 days before my stay, I checked in and paid an additional 150. And upon the nor ing after my first day the husband of the owner came knocking at my door asking me to pay for my room, when I said I paid already he walked away and never came back to apologize

do not recommend!! The room was very hot and the shower tub liner had mold on the bottom. staff was real rude when i brought up my concerns and did not reimburse me. i had to leave the room and get another room due to how dirty the room was

It was a wonderful stay for my sister and I our grandsons enjoyed the pool breakfast clean room very nice staff pets are welcome with a fee but not too expensive just a short walk to iron horse grill amazing burgers ask for Jonathan we will be back

Bring a fan. The air conditioner needs to be upgraded

I requested a refund right after checking in. The rooms smelled of an odor. There were roaches and insects flying around in one of the rooms. I have yet to hear anything back regarding my refund.

The building shows its age inside and out, but it was sparkling clean, both in my room and in the public areas. Note: if you can't climb stairs, you'll have to request first floor, because the elevator is out of service. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet. There was a microwave and mini fridge: both worked. The key card, a/c and free WiFi worked fine. I had to move the nightstand to plug in my charger: a minor inconvenience. There are plenty of dining options nearby. Good thing, because the free breakfast is worth what you pay. I had a banana: it was good. I would definitely stay here again. It's clean, quiet, conveniently located, and reasonably priced .

Older property that has not been remodeled but still met my basic needs for a short two night stay. Staff was friendly and attentive. It was clean but didn't feel as clean as it should have due to the older carpet in the rooms and hallways. Elevator was out of service as other reviews have mentioned but stairs to my second floor room were quick and easy. The pool was open and appeared clean even though I did not use it and a continental breakfast was available. Room a/c struggled to keep my room cool. On instruction from staff at check in I turned the a/c all the way down to lowest setting as soon as I entered the room around 5:30 p.m.. It wasn't cool until shortly after midnight but it did maintain a reasonable temperature through my second day and night while outside temp highs were in the mid 90's. From my experience if you're not too picky about having a newer or updated hotel Coratel Inn can be a good value.
