The AC was out in my room and felt like an oven

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here. I loved this hotel so much the first time that I had 7 other people reserve rooms here as well. Just a cool spot to hang out after a long day. Everything was great! From the comfiness of the bed, to the property grounds, there was nothing to complain about.

Extremely rude lady at the front desk. She would not even stop to listen. She lied to her manager on the phone with us standing there. We now have to fight for a refund because she would not let us check in. My husbands name was not completely visible on his CC. My daughter had her own cc on Apple pay and her license and she still would not run it. At 10:30 pm they were left to find another place to stay. So rude and not accommodating at all.

This was a really nice hotel. It exceeded our expectations. Very clean, nice amenities, super helpful and hospitable staff. I would like to specifically give a shout-out to Anastasia and Olivia, who went above and beyond to help us have a wonderful stay. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and the AC worked great. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Great stay, booked a couple of rooms with children and they enjoyed the pool area.

It is very peaceful. The view is nice. The front desk was nice and helpful. Will be back again.

Easy to find and get to. Amber was wonderful front desk person, Room was clean and well maintained. So many relaxing areas with chairs and end tables, picnic tables throughout property. Outdoor games to play. Peaceful surroundings, 2 docks for river swimming access. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub, very clean. Close to everything New Braunfels has to offer. We will certainly return!!!!!!

We had an amazing stay! Even though it rained the whole time we were there the staff was still incredible and gave us plenty of ideas on things to do!

Pool Beds are very uncomfortable (Firm) Way over priced Once you check in the costs keep adding up You do get stained water (coffee) in your room but not to worry there is a Starbucks inside $$ You have to request your room to be cleaned or it’s every 3 days Trash cans in room are too small to last 3 days

There was an issue with the ac leaking into the room. I called the front desk and they had it taken care of quickly. There was no bodywash in the room. On the upside...the view from the balcony was very nice and the grounds were beautiful.

Central to everything. Great outdoor space behind the hotel with river access and room to run around for the family.

Bar should be open past 10.
