The staff were friendly. The location was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. But that is the extent of what was good. We didn't use the pool, but it was clean looking. The 24/7 coffee is nice. Our room had an odd smell. Then the room had several maintenance issues that seemed to be quick fixes. Just outside the closet the tile base board was broken and missing. The inside of the bathroom door had peeling paint. This was caused by water damage from the shower. The shower looked nice, but there was only a half glass wall, no door, therefore the water splashed out of the shower...and onto the door--hence the water damaged door. The nice shower stall had a crappy shower head that was covered in hard water deposits. The shower valve handle had lots of water deposits as well. Our supply of body wash was empty. The TV guide list didn't match the actual channels. The breakfast was nearly inedible. I travel for work and pleasure several times a year. I eat the "free" breakfast all the time. I don't expect the highest quality, but the biscuit was so doughy it was like paste in my mouth. The sausage was pure greasy and the eggs--even with salt, pepper, and hot sauce--tasted like wet saw dust.

Bed was a bit loud as it was on a metal base and air vents didn’t look so great but overall will stay there again.

The motel was close to the mall and lots of dining options nearby. No issues.

Easy check in and out. The beds were comfortable and had a big clean shower.

The bed was comfortable. Was in a convenient location. There was an off putting smell when you walked into the hotel. Got into our room it smelt moldy. There was mold on the air vents in the ceiling. The desk chair was peeling all the leather off, replace it.

The location. The room size was good, water pressure was good. The A/C was good, especially because this was central Texas in mid-June. It usually has a decent price but it gouged because of it’s being a Saturday night before Father’s Day (almost all hotels do this but it should be outlawed). We weren’t offered complimentary water a5 check-in, as there was none in the room.

Great location! We had to change rooms, first room had a bad smell. Also, I was charged and additional fee that was not disclosed when I booked my stay!

Everything was great but if you're looking for a more non- family place to stay, look elsewhere. Hotel is close to local theme/water park, there's only one elevator that you will spend most of the time waiting for it unless you like taking the stairs.
