We did really like our stay at the hotel. The room was clean and stocked. We loved the orange citrus smell of their signature toiletries. One of the bed pillows unfortunately was covered with dark disgusting stains and put into a pillow case for my bed. The layout was a bit strange. It was inconvenient to get to the pool from the hotel. We did really love the hot tub area. It felt secluded and relaxing. The tub could have been turned up a few more degrees and the bubbles were nonexistent. It was a short drive to New Buffalo beach which we appreciated. In all we still liked it and will definitely be back. All the employees were extremely helpful, pleasant, and professional.

The property was well maintained; everyone was extra friendly and helpful; rooms were large and plenty of space for everyone to move around; beds were very comfortable; adequate parking; overall and excellent experience - would definitely stay here again

Staff was excellent pool area very nice but not the hot tub area with such a nice casino and hotel the hot was a huge disappointment no bathroom over there. just way too small definitely need a much larger hot tub and bigger area surrounding with larger deck area

I absolutely loved our stay. Nice, clean room with a super comfortable bed. The casino is very clean and nice. I even saw a smoking room inside. Can't wait to go again.

Everyone was accommodating and helpful and our room was very nice clean and comfortable! We didn't eat there but the casino was great with a couple small wins! We would stay there again!

Terrible hotel entrance. Difficult to find how to check in without going into the casino. Maybe that’s the point. Had a persons fake fingernail inside my bath towel. Gross. Won’t be back.

The biggest negative was the old smoke smell. It wasn't overwhelming, but it was definitely noticeable and made the hotel feel a little dated. I was also disappointed with the casino itself. Quite a few slot machines were down for maintenance, and the selection seemed to have a lot of older machines. I would've liked to see more newer slots and more machines available. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay at all. The hotel, food, and staff were better than the casino experience itself. I'd stay again if I received a free or comped room, but I'm not sure I'd pay full price for another stay.

We're not casino people but we already planned another trip just to stay at Four Winds for a long weekend. We were very impressed. It's clean and luxurious. The staff was great. Loved the Copper Rock Steakhouse! 😍 I highly recommend.

The pool area was smallish and crowded but it was a weekend so understandable. Wish there were more then one pool
