Bad desision The property need restaurar

The desk clerk was very good in handling what would have been a very nasty situation Only one room , not a king but two full beds, room was not even cleaned dirty sheets on bed, dirty towels in bathroom , what ever happened ,there was no service, desk person was really helpful in cancelling the whole deal. aaaaIt was a nightmare!!! You need to get some real staff or don't bother to book!
