Relax Inn

The room was disgusting, however, habitable. Bathroom shower was disgusting with mold all over the place, from walls, to floors, to shower curtains. The refrigerator was working but disgusting inside. I requested a non-smoking room and I felt like I smoked a pack of cigarettes from inhaling the smell of the room, not to mention the cigarette burns on the blankets. The TV was great and new, thats all that was good. It felt like a truck stop.

The furniture needs to be upgraded. Until the furniture is upgraded, the white areas on the brown furniture need to be removed. The refrigerator needs to be defrosted.

Good location for a 1 night stay. Basic room with fridge/microwave. Safe and quiet.

Kamer in erbarmelijke staat. Kreeg een rokers kamer omdat er geen niet rokers kamer was. Sloeg hele nacht op je longen. Bed was opgemaakt maar met de lakens vd vorige bezoekers die onder de vlekken zat waaronder bloed- en poepvlekken. Wel direct schone lakens gekregen. Veel stof her en daar , kamer al lange tijd niet gerenoveerd. Wel goed werkende airco en tv. Nieuwe Eigenaar is net begonnen en wilt gaan renoveren maar zou voordat je hierheen gaat eerst naar de foto's kijken of dit al gebeurt is. 80 dollar is teveel voor deze kamer in deze staat dus zou in de buurt, voor dit geld, kijken voor een hotel

The room smelled like someone was smoking hundred of years in it - but it was sold as non-smoking room. We could even notice a sticky smoke accumulated throughout the years on the walls (see the picture). We reserved two rooms and both were very outdated, and smelly. One cockroach was killed while walking on the ceiling! Stay away from this place!

About as expected for the price.

The location, beautiful view plenty of places to go and visit and things to do. It was not clean, and there was mold and mildew in the bathrooms and a smell of horrible. Everything looks old and not updated the rugs the curtains.

Location was Excellent for us. The rooms appeared to be freshly painted and attractive. The clerk spoke in moderate English and was polite. The small tiles in the bathroom were separating from the floor due to their age. DO NOT walk around without shoes or slippers because the floor was so dirty it made our feet BLACK! The door lacked a security locking bar or chain to prevent someone with a key from entering without notice likely due to problems with occupants that had drug problems causing medical emergencies. The room had OK television choices but no guide to quickly find a preferred channel.

The place was a dump. We asked for a non-smoking room. It was not. The beds were like sleeping on a board. The man at the desk was abrupt and very difficult to understand. The shower had long black hairs on the tub. The door inside the bathroom was severely peeling at the bottom. My pillow was good and we didn't see cockroches was the only good thing I have to say. If we didn't get there at 11 pm because of a late flight we would have never stayed there.

The room was not clean it was more so the smell from the blankets, the bathroom was dirty and hair was in the tub and a spider, the outside was nice. The young guy was cool but for the price it's not worth it honestly and I thought Delaware didn't tax. Also no one comes around to clean the rooms like normal motels do so don't look forward to getting a clean room.
