Check in was great, nice staff, and clean lobby. One of “two” towels in our room smelled like chemicals and left white lint everywhere. There was a necklace left hanging on a hook in the bathroom. This was a quick night affordable stay but would not pick here again.

Hallways smelled of cat/dog urine. Fire alarms kept consistently going off. No house keeping got done my entire stay. Had to ask for towels and trash bags. Fridge stopped working because it froze. Had to unplug it for the time that I wasnt in the room (hours) and plug it back it for it to work. Staff arent very helpful or accommodating. They said there was nothing they could do about the fridge. Told me to buy a cooler and use ice. Typically stay here every year for a big bowling event in August. Not sure ill return.

The property was close to the Wilmington airport which is why we chose it Upon arrival the cops were outside, the lobby bathrooms were filthy, the rooms were not clean hair and stains on the beds

This place should be demolished and a new hotel built in its place. It was nasty inside and out with people hanging in the parking lot smoking weed and drinking. Also no security on the premises and no elevator. The bed had to be older than me and sagged like it was made of quicksand. Never again will I spend my money to stay in this shit hole. Everything!!

Right off the highway. Linen seemed clean. Manager quickly changed our room when we reported it smelled like smoke upon arriving. Clientele is questionable, arguably sketchy. Can tell they’ve tried to maintain the property but it’s pretty far gone. Many entry doors are ajar making it not feel safe.
