It was clean , nicely done Property did not clearly mention about max person per room . Created confusion , ended up paying extra with senior citizens parents made wait for 45 min

Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. (Note other than toast, there were no Western breakfast items). Staff were good. The rooms look a little tired. The street was in sorry shape, with little of interest in the immediate area. But there was a shopping street nearby.

Staff were very friendly Extremely persistent beggars and taxi drivers outside who lept on you every time you left the hotel, bit of a hassle We assumed breakfast was inside the hotel, it was in fact in a somewhat shabby restaurant next door - do not expect western breakfast, the Indian breakfast was extremely spicy!!!

The room walls are not maintained well. There was a spark from an outlet when I tried to use a kettle. For the price I expected a bit better experience.

the fact that the hotel did not have any in-house kitchen and when asked - i was asked to visit a next door restaurant which was very unhygienic and very poor quality. Also, almost all the cabs were not reaching the hotel and there was a separate pickup point 300 - 400 metres away which was an inconvenience. there was enough space on the road, but i think they should register this property on uber for resolving this

Digital booking experience It’s falling apart. 1. Iron was leaking water and it wet my shirt rather than iron it. 2. Shower head was all clogged so barely any water streams making the showering experience very bad. I have a full videos for all

I have been to this property for the since it was not under Bloom's control. Its earlier name was Swati hotel .It's really overpriced .One of its most important thing is that customer has to asked for shaving kit and brushes etc. Despite charging so much, you should already have the things his bathroom cz its a regular practice.

Very good location , near to Metro Station and in the heart of the shopping district of Karol Bagh. Room is modern and comfortable. Breakfast is vegetarian. You cannot order an Uber to the hotel as for some reason, the area is geo fenced to not allow pickups. Other taxi apps work well.

Clean and neat Food from outside is not allowed and every delivery has to be picked up by self. Stayed for 3 nights and out of which lift was broken for 2 days. Yet I had to collect all my orders. They are creating monopoly by delivering only food which is ordered from the tied up restaurant which is ridiculously pricey and worst at taste
