New hotel, room is modern and nice

The breakfast menu items could have been different. It was same menu everyday.

The staff was friendly. The rooftop restaurant / pool / gym / bar were all very nice. The staff in the restaurant / breakfast cafe were very helpful. They attended to our needs right away. The location - you cant really walk outside the property. But I think thats how everything is in Delhi.

See below 1) For a hotel that claims to be five-star, the toilet design feels more like a school project gone wrong. The toilet roll holder is installed ridiculously low - barely a foot above the floor, making it extremely awkward to reach. Even when seated on the WC, one has to bend down uncomfortably just to access the roll. Men stand, and some women may not fully sit when doing “small business.” In all cases, the placement makes it inconvenient and impractical for everyone. This is a basic ergonomic flaw that affects every guest, regardless of how the toilet is used. It is hard to understand how such an impractical design passed approval in a hotel of this standard. 2) Next, the swimming pool closes at 7pm at a time where most guests wish to relax in the pool past 7pm after a day’s out. Just ensure your life guard work overtime, if safety is your concern. Not at guest expense of denying them 3) The shower knobs don’t even have indication for hot and cold. We need to turn on for 2 minutes and let it run to test whether hot or cold. What so difficult to fix an indication. I don't understand why you get so high rating. Do most of your hotel guests not experienced travellers that can see passed the abv deficiencies? For above reason, you don’t deserved more than one star.

No “refrigerator “ just mini cooler

resto staff & room maintenance staff …. and reception staff I gave negative reviews for the reception staff the past 2 reviews but they have improved a lot, in terms of services, personality & hospitality .. kudos to all at the reception including those staffing the doors & security.

The reason why I gave an eight instead of 10 is because the hotel connected my group with a tour service for visiting Taj Mahal, and our experience was not the greatest. The car to drive us to Agra was smaller than expected; we were six and the car really was meant for five people. Three of us, who are all average weighted adults, had to really squeeze in the back seats for the 3hr drive. So, make sure to check your car in advance. Our car had logo from the hotel. Also, although the tour guide knew and gave us some general information about the area, it felt like he was more interested in getting us to purchase picture services and buy handicrafts. Since we were a group of six fascinated by history, architecture, social issues, culture, and food, it felt like we did not get the experience we were seeking. While the tour guide met us in Agra and wasn’t direct staff from the hotel, it was the hotel services agent that connected us with the guide. The guide also did not alert us that we could not take books or granola bars inside the Taj — so we had to through some granola bars away. The book I could not throw away so the guide talked to the storage people to keep it for him, paying some 20 rupees after for collection. If I were to do this again, I would have communicated more our group interests — deep history overview and visit to specific shops that we had planned in advance, not the shops our guide wanted to take us to.

food some reception staff ! no smiles, seems to be unfriendly.. otherwise all other staff are very good, friendly

can’t think of any Reception!! We booked twice but due to change of plans we booked a third time but our stay is a continuous 5 nights. On arrival, I asked that I would like to check-in once for all my three bookings but I was refused & I was told to separately check-in for our second & third bookings. so today, we checked in again & we were told that we have to check-in again tomorrow for our third & final booking.. A few minutes later when I came back to the reception to book a vehicle, a gentleman asked me if I would like to formalize our. stay until we check out, I agreed, he asked for my credit card to block the amount of our whole stay. So it was possible to check-in only once. Another thing. Yesterday, I approached the reception to call a taxi for us which arrived in less than five minutes. Then, we found out that it was not a taxi, it was a Novotel SUV vehicle. Since we are total strangers to this city, we took it. But the reception should have told us that it can’t call a taxi for us but can offer a hotel vehicle instead. Thank you.

The staff were amazing, very kind and helpful. Anwol was a great help at handling a sensitive situation. The facilities seem new and very clean. The location. Unfortunately it's in the heart of downtown, and with it comes noise and unsavory areas. Hopefully, the surrounding area will be developed to meet the standards of the hotel. Could be an ideal area for those looking to be in the heart of Delhi and its locals.

The hotel was clean, beautiful, and in a safe location. The staff members were responsive and courteous.

Breakfasts were fantastic set us up for the day. Staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. Luggage storage was useful when we had a few days away. It was a great place to come back to after a busy day sight seeing. All was good.

Very clean rooms, modern, good breakfast selection, location was ok as long as you drive / Uber everywhere, well stocked gym, plenty of free filtered water bottles. Happy to come again!

Absolutely fantastic staff and service: Really made our stay, althought very short, very special. Facilities are very new, great room layout.

It was the cleanest hotel we stayed in in all of India, and it offered great value for money. Highly recommend.
