The lady staff was understanding and we'll behaved but One of the staff guy was rude and charged extra money at the checkout knowing that we were getting late.

the amenities are good like minibar , towels,etc outside food was not allowed so we ordered food from the hotel itself but their food was very bad and the bed was uncomfortable too
