Manager Ajay is a highly professional and excellent staff member. He was very knowledgeable about the procedures required for foreigners' long-term stays and was truly helpful. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but considering the price, they aren't bad.

The staff is exceptionally nice and caring. I have stayed at Hotel Apple Inn multiple times and find the facility to be of good value and in a convenient location. In particular, the team went out of their way to hold my bag, make sure I was in a well-ventilated room with a window, and that my check-in and check-out process was smooth. Not all the rooms have proper ventilation.

Helpful staff. Clean comfortable room and bathroom. There's a fridge in the room. Has elevator. Located in an alley, which buffers the normal noise that is everywhere. Eating places close by. Walk, 250 meters, from hotel to the Paharganj side of the train station. Ajmeri Gate side is another few hundred meters. Can cross through station. If arriving to Ajmeri Gate side, it is better to walk through the overhead walkways through the station to get across the station to Paharganj side. Hotel will keep luggage. It's not locked away, but kept in the foyer where there is staff 24/7. Outside noise.

Very friendly staff with perfect communication upfront trying to accommodate your every request if feasible. Lift in hotel available. Good food and room service. Good location very close to New Delhi railway and airport express metro. Best stay in Paharganj.
