Dont understand the negative reviews. I really enjoyed staying here for my visit to New Delhi. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet and safe.

The property falsely advertises as breakfast being included in the room price, whereas it has NO facility of offering breakfast and I was asked to go outside the hotel to a roadside tea stall for having tea. There is no provision of tea or coffee in the room, nor any provision to serve or prepare breakfast. The room was extremely dirty, with spit stains on all four walls and dirty sheets. The air-conditioner kept dripping water on the floor all night inside the room making that side of the room a pool of water. Bathroom was decent and the only saving grace of the otherwise extremely poorly maintained property.
