The room had an odor to it. I killed multiple bugs in the bathroom and the sheets gave my legs rashes that burn. Was nothing worth the $400 for the weekend I was some type of refund back on this

From the moment driving in to their parking lot, past the abandoned restaurant with trash all around & filthy appliances left outside, through a lot filled w/garbage on the ground & no safety overhead lighting, to the check in desk, where obnoxious clerks were screaming at guests demanding extra money for deposit or they would be thrown out, to the mold covered bathroom w/fungus in the tub, to the squishy carpet we did not even want to WALK on... this was absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. (I even hesitate to call it a hotel, tho it was definitely a welfare hotel on one side, as we emerged thru the wrong door the first time & it was filled with long term residents not overnight guests. (Which by the way SHOULD be disclosed prior to booking) The Ice machine was DISGUSTING, I don't think it'd been cleaned EVER. We slept on top of the covers cause underneath them was frankly out of the question! The fact that this place had an EIGHT out of 10 rating on your website boggles my mind, as does the fact that they charge over 200 a night cuz they're close to Foxwoods. Never again. The only reason we were there was that it was a last minute trip from where we live in nyc & in hindsight, we should've just driven the 3hrs home & NOT exposed ourselves to the nasty staff & their grimy hotel. Thanks but no thanks. DO NOT BOOK HERE if you value your safety, your sanity, your car or your wallet. What a ripoff & an unpleasant experience.

Staff here were absolutely lovely I forgot a ring and they found it in the room and held on to it until I could come back. The room itself you could tell had not been updated there were dark stains on the wall underneath the sink and around the shower area. You could just see the old grout that was peeling away and it was stained with mold. The room smelled like mildew when you walked in and was very dark some of the lights did not work. I happen to be in a wheelchair accessible room and the bench would not stay up to get out of my way in the shower. There was no hair dryer and the room was just very dark and unpleasant. For $200 a night I expected better. Breakfast wasn't too bad, typical continental breakfast for a hotel

There were alot of breakfast options. It was dirty and smelled awful. The staff didnt speak English well.

The staff were friendly & helpful but they're working at a dilapidated hotel desperately in need of a refurb. In the room, there was a pervasive smell of mildew. The carpet felt slightly damp, the shower was encrusted with black mildew & rust. The exterior door lock to the wing of the hotel where we stayed was broken and open 24/7. At $200 a night, it's a high price for a low standard of accommodation.

Went with my elderly Mother and we loved the staff! Very friendly and such world class hospitality. Breakfast was great. They even offer complimentary henna art designs. The twin beds were super comfortable. There’s no city view since the hotel is located next to on a highway. You won’t hear traffic, but you’ll hear whatever is going on in the hallway and doors closing and dogs barking since pets are welcomed. We was lucky to find last-minute hotel the same night for a reasonable price. I would recommend and I’ll be booking again here the next time I come. 10/10!

Close to the casino Great breakfast. Clean and pretty eating area and lobby. Friendly staff. Manager was present. Air unit was not working correctly. Mini fridge was not clean out. It had mold. Chair in handicap bathroom looked unsafe. Need a maintenance crew who pays attention to details. Carpet in hallway not vacuumed. Could hear through adjoining doors. Bar rails in bathroom are rusted.
