The room was sufficient for our stay. The WiFi was sketchy and didn't always work. Otherwise, everything else was great.

From when I made it and talked to valet to the desk receptionist to the room everything was perfect. I honestly wasn’t expecting the room to be that big. THE SHOWER AMAZING. I loved it even though I stayed one night. I will definitely be back!! The location I loved and hate it was a busy street but so close to Canal street so it wasn’t bad at all. I disliked the elevators the most I got stuck on it for awhile but no other others.

There was a young lady name Adolena she was very nice . She gave eye contact and questions all of my questions. Thanks alot I also met an older man name Gary which was very rude. He didnt even try to be useful about the hotel. Smh I wanted it to be special for my husband 49th birthday which it wasnt...so far I don't know if we stay there again. We came from Ms just to be disappointed

The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean, and the maids were awesome. The pool was a little bit of a disappointment. It was cloudy and green. I’m not very inviting. The rooftop itself was nice with everyone in the location was probably the highlight of the trip.

Room was right beside the elevator and was extremely loud all hours of the day and night. Tried to use the rooftop pool and it was closed.

Breakfast was awesome. It was hot fresh and the cook that made it was great! Staff was great and the parking staff was awesome. Our floor carpet in our room had a wet spot from roof and we reported it.

Was not aware of having to pay to park regardless if you had a car $50.00 a day and we didn't. There was a small amount of tolit paper on the roll when we got there asked for more it was the next morning. And had to go down my self.told them refrigerator don't cool .on my last night was offered a different room turned it down changes should have been made on first day.never again in New Orleans
